Stayed for 5 nights. The breakfast is unbelievable - one of the best I’ve ever had. Rooms are spacious kitted with everything you need. Location is good too!

During my first two nights, I experienced car racing (loud car revving?) on the main highway that disrupted my sleep. This isn’t a hotel issue (there are several hotels on the highway) but thought I must highlight this. Luckily I packed in earplugs and I was good to go!

I like the location as it was near the Kingdom Centre. All the other commercial places like restaurants, pharmacy were on walking distance or short cab distance. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable , clean sheets. The bathroom was a decent size with bathtub and clean. The breakfast is excellent. You get variety to choose from. The eggplant messiah was exceptionally good. Also the falafels with foul and spices. They have a many types of salads and pickles to choose from. Highly recommend for vegetarians and vegans. Hospitality of the staff was good especially the restaurant staff. thumbs up to the chef.

Minor thing - there was a dull constant humming. Could be rectified by good maintenance or sound proofing of the A/C for the whole lobby . That was a minor irritant for me during the night.

Everything from check in to check out was smooth and very accommodating. Reception staff Mr. Faisal and other staff are very cooperative and welcoming you with smiling face. I must say breakfast is very good with variety. Room service also avaliable and good one. Room cleaning done daily on regular basis. Location is very ideal for Olay. Overall very good and comfortable stay. Very good WiFi.

The room was excellent. Clean, more space, bed so good. Everything inside the room is great. Breakfast are also excellent. More food choices, more variety. We love it and we enjoyed it.

Seems like no staff, very quite, not maintaining the beauty of pool area, water so cold, no staff are there. Like we do whatever we like to do inside the hotel staff does'nt care of the guest.

The location is in the Centre of Rayahd perfect Location

English was sometimes an issue and it let to a couple of funny misunderstandings

The staff were very friendly and hospitality. bed was very comfortable and the breakfast always superb.

Some furniture were old and rusty Smell in the washrooms was bad

Breakfast has a lot of varieties and plenty to choose from, I loved it. My room was big enough also for the bathroom. Gym was older but enough to do a decent workout. Use the sauna and steamed

Very nice location. Have a good breakfast. I want to say big thanks for Saad coz he give me nice room and help me with everything!And very good clean room and also room boy was help with everything.and also room service was always delivered food very quickly

Location is perfect at the middle of Riyadh. The breakfast is pretty good, I enjoyed too much. Staff is very friendly. Mr Islam restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful many thanks for his support

My room 208, the window was not isolated Good, so you can hear noise from outside! The furniture needs to be improved
