The indoor pool and spa were fabulous for the end of the day relaxation and the room didn't smell of chlorine.

The coffee was from a machine and was not good. I understand that it might be low maintenance for the staff and GREAT for evening beverages, but it was not good coffee for morning wake-up time. The breakfast was quite good but the coffee was not up to par of the food. There were many comments about this in the very full breakfast room. -- The dryer vent from the laundry room exhausts on the front of the hotel and has burned up the bushes and there is lint everywhere. My truck was covered in lint by the time I departed. I would trim those bushes way back as they are quite ugly.

Room 116. A diesel truck backed in to the parking spot just outside the window in the evening. Probably a foot away from the window. No problem yet. The next morning about 630 the driver started and warmed up his truck for 30 minutes. When he started the truck we immediately woke up from the loud noise then smelled exhaust fumes. We had to get up and out of the room for fear of carbon monoxide poisoning. I let the front desk know. It was the lady with the walker. Other than that, stay was good.

I booked this room last minute. We were in town for a concert so all the prices around had skyrocketed. This place went up slightly but nothing compared to the other places we looked at. Entire place was updated and looked very nice. The beds. OMG the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Seriously, I meant to peak at what brand they were but forget! Perfectly firm and soft at the same time. Staff was kind and even returned my phone I accidentally left in the lobby bathroom when we first got there. Outside was beautiful at night when we went and sat outside for a little bit at the end of the night. Shower had great pressure, shampoo was surprisingly great and not the cheap drying kind. More than enough towels provided and the AC worked great. I also love when they have an option to run the fan without keeping the AC on the whole time. Helps me sleep. Room was nice and dark. Everything was clean. We didn't get up in time to catch breakfast but they also didn't harass us or charge any extra for checking out slightly after 11. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will be the first place we look at when we visit NWA. Oh and the closet door had a full size mirror that opened out so you can see your entire outfit if you want to lol!

The hallways were warm but the room was perfect so this was a non issue. The elevator was a little slow and seemed to go all the way up and then down every time lol but again, this really doesn't matter. Would maybe recommend some bathroom ventilation because it got so steamy in there. But this is the second hotel we've stayed in recently that didn't have a bathroom vent so maybe it's just not a common feature. Not sure. It cleared out pretty fast but just something to note if you're trying to do your makeup after.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was clean and in excellent condition. There were plenty of options for breakfast. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were happy to help with anything we needed.

The only problem I can think of is that the rooms aren't very sound proof. My group tends to get pretty loud laughing and telling stories and I felt bad for the other rooms near us.

The property was well kept and had a great variety of amenities. I didn’t use many, like the pool or gym, but the snack bar, breakfast, and rooms were great. From the other recent reviews, I was nervous about my stay, but this stay was exceptional for a 3* property - I expected a lot less. The breakfast was more than I anticipated for a mid-tier hotel, as I’ve stayed at many nicer properties that had less breakfast options. The rooms were very clean, save for some candy wrappers I found in a drawer. They were also in good repair, except the pull out couch cushions had some tears. The room didn’t have enough towels when we checked in, but the front desk staff was attentive and kind when I went down to ask for more. Overall, I am impressed and would stay here again and again!

There was really no true complaints. The things that were untidy or in disrepair didn’t matter much to me - Candy wrappers in a drawer, some tears on the underside of the couch cushions. Everything else was as expected or better.

Breakfast was good.

We booked two nights...only stayed one night. When driving to our location in ARK from IL we encountered a delay due to flooding in MO. We later had a delay due to a truck accident. Because of this we knew we would not make it. I did take the insurance so would like a refund for our first night, which was Nov. 4.

I was upset when I arrived because I brought the kids to swim for spring break, but Richard at the front desk said the pool was down but called the sister Hotel so we were able to swim in their pool! Very accommodating Staff,very clean ,good Breakfast! Close to Restaurants and activities in the area!

Great location to get around town esp to the Crystal Bridges and Downtown Bentonville. The lobby smelled really nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds, couch, fridge and microwave.

Wished that the swimming pool hours would be a bit earlier (opens at 10am). Cheap plastic one cup coffee maker (solution: Starbucks available nearby-3min drive) As with everywhere these days post Covid19 situation, they seemed to have been short staffed but they were working really hard to accommodate every guest's needs.

Easy access to highway.

VERY LOUD - has to call desk multiple times in the late evening/early morning Water leaking through ceiling tile outside of our room 2 mornings there was no food when we came down. Everyone sitting around waiting for food and then acting like vultures when it finally came out.

Everything was pristine condition and clean. The curtains were really good to keep all light out of the room and the decor was very modern and in the supreme condition.
