This was my third stay at Revelton, and once again, they exceeded my expectations! The service is truly above and beyond – the staff is incredibly attentive and always ready to help. I had a small issue during my stay, and they resolved it flawlessly and with the utmost professionalism. Everything, from the cleanliness to the check-in, comfort and attention to detail, is top-notch. It really feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend Revelton to anyone looking for a perfect stay – I wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

Honestly, there’s nothing I can complain about—everything was just perfect.

I like the sense of detail in the apartment. Apartment was so cozy. We loved the little bookshelf above the sofa full of books in different languages. Kitchen was lovely and had everything what you need (pots, pans, dishes). I have to highlight the work of cleaners , they were really attentive. On our way home we met the cleaning lady and she was so kind and lovely.

TV programs were only in English, German, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and Arabic. I would expect some TV programs in Czech but I understand that clients are mostly from different countries.

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Centrally located, but feels quiet and cozy. Wonderful staff who are available to answer the questions online, there is no physical reception in the building. Check-in is very easy (you will get a code to open the front door and the apartment door, no keys). The apartment is large, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable, the mattresses are pretty firm. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room. Excellent WiFi connection. When we come back to Karlovy Vary next time, we will be booking our stay with Revelton Suites!

There were no small bedside lamps in the bedroom. Could be helpful for those who want to stay up late and read a book.

We had a fantastic stay at Revelton Suites! The studio was spotlessly clean and perfectly suited to our needs, and the location couldn't have been better. What truly made our experience exceptional though, was the kindness of the staff. When we (all too late) realized our son had left his beloved teddy bear behind, they immediately offered to post it to us in Sweden. Such thoughtful service—and one very grateful little boy on this end!

The location is not directly in the touristic centre, which is good because no parties or loud noises from the street can be heard. It is very close to a nice playground next to the river in a shaded area. Nice cafes and restaurants are available nearby with prices but lower than in the very centre of touristic attractions.

The bathroom felt a bit stuffy due to no window in there. However, ventilation worked OK.

What an amazing experience! The suite was perfect, and the early check-in was a real bonus. The service went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Revelton stands out for its exceptional service. While the level of customer service and services in general in the Czech Republic is often poor, this company is truly an exception I've stayed with Revelton twice now and won't hesitate to return, worth all the money. Keep up the excellent work!

As soon as we walked in we were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the apartments were. Based on this, we have decided to extend our stay and the staff were extremely helpful and prompt accommodating our many requests. Location was superb - the apartments are only a short walk to most major landmarks in Karlovy Vary. Couldn't recommend this enough, it was one of the best stays we've ever had.

We stayed in the Pastel Suite 3. Perfect space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the proximity to the other side of town (a 20 minute walk but a very pleasant one), the keyless check-in and the general decor of the suite. Our breakfast was included. The bagel lounge turned out to be a great breakfast concept. A bagel plus 1 coffee/tea. Make sure to try the Harmonie restaurant around the corner. Delicious food! I would certainly book here again!

A shame the waiters at the Bagel Lounge couldn’t be more flexible and offer our kids water or juice (instead of coffee) without having to pay extra.

We have returned to Revelton Suites after two years, and the place is still perfect. You have everything you need for a weekend getaway, and the location is unbeatable, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and a short walk from the old town.

We found the bed a bit uncomfortable; the mattress has seen better days.

Clean comfortable room in great location - Karlovy Vary is wonderful. Tea, coffee and porridge provided for the morning. Nice bathroom and shower.

Not much floor space - we felt it was a bit tight with two kids. Overly branded. Requests to rate highly made me not want to leave review.
