Desk staff (owner?) was very, very hospitable and helpful. When our first assigned room smelled of a previous guest smoking, he immediately found us another room with the same amenities. He was always smiling and asking if we needed anything. It was quiet and good for getting a good night's sleep.

Location is a little tricky, but I knew that before we booked as we have stayed there before. I got temporarily lost coming back to hotel after doing a little shopping.

It was nice and clean. Our room was nice. They had breakfast which was really nice and it was pretty big!

The hot tub was broken or something. It was empty and that was a huge bummer. The hallways were painted bright yellow which I’m not sure was the best choice

Had a great stay here! The staff was welcoming, everything was comfortable, and the location worked perfectly for me. I’ll definitely be coming back every couple of weeks whenever I’m in the area for work.

Clean and the employees are very welcoming.

Hot tub was down. Asked for an extra hour for check out, was accepted then got call we needed to be out in a half hour prior to our request, which gave us a half hour to get out the door.

Breakfast was good. They had a waffle machine which is always nice.

We were satisfied. The pool and hot tub were great. The sauna was ok, but it could use some seating improvement to make it better. The seats were low so we could not get the full impact of sauna heat. Having one or two seats 2-3 feet higher would help.

It was located close to our family. It was a smaller hotel with a very comfortable feeling. The staff was very courteous & responsive to our needs.

A perfect location for us during that time. Clean property and staff very friendly.

Everything was fine. Complimentary breakfast was very simple (not too much choice the first morning, but more choices and fruit the second morning).

The location is good for us when we visit family And the check in gave us a very easy access to our room and parking

As older people the toilet was not as convenient or comfortable

Breakfast was good and it was close to where we had to be.

Noisey neighbors. Came in at midnight and talked loud!

We had done issues with our key card but it was fixed quickly. The breakfast was ok. Hot food wasn’t that hot.
