Staff was great - they let me check in slightly earlier after I spent 2 hours travelling across Tokyo with two big suitcases. The girls on the reception were very polite and nice. The room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent, just a short walk away from the metro station with a lot of eateries and shops around. The biggest bonus is they offer a shuttle service to Haneda airport (booked on first come first served basis) in the morning, which was so helpful. I would stay here again. You could also get breakfast at a very affordable price.

This is my second stay at hotel monday after a long flight to Japan from the UK and I will happily return again and again. The hotel is so convenient when travelling to or from Haneda airport. You only need to take 1 train from the terminal for about 5 minutes and then walk for another 5 and you're there. The rooms are basic and nothing flashy, but it's the perfect base camp to rest after a long flight. The rooms have low lighting that just make you want to curl up and get comfy in the bed. You have complimentary pjamas for the night as well as the usual hotel amenities. The staff were very patient with my Japanese language skills and assisted me to help check me in.

The room was very clean and decent sized for the price. Very close to the airport with shuttle services available every morning, we had a lot of luggage with us so we appreciated this service the most. Very friendly and helpful staff and there were some shops nearby the hotel which is always nice. It's quite far away from most of the tourist attractions of Tokyo but you can walk to the station and get a few connecting trains for that. We stayed at this hotel in preparation for leaving Japan after travelling around a lot and it was perfect for this.

This is a perfect option for those who have been on a long trip to Japan and want to have no stress on the day taking the plane back. The service was surprisingly good, the rooms were comfortable, and not small for the standards of a japanese business hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle to Haneda free of charge, though if it is full you just need to hop on the metro which will take you there in 7 minutes. There is a surprising amount of dining options around, too, as well as convenience stores and supermarkets. For those with kids, there is a lovely park nearby with amazing facilities. Very recommended.

Close to otorii station on keisei line from haneda. Large room, comfortable bed, quiet, quick to get to from Haneda. Staff explained well and kind with requests. Breakfast was very good. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I chose it to be close to rental car location. Despite checking out the staff looked after my suitcase and lent me and umbrella.

Some might like it to be closer to the station or on the main road but I like the location, it's being the street behind the main one.

I liked it was close to the airport. There morning breakfast was good and had enough choices for a good meal. I had some time to kill in the morning before my flight out and found Anamori Inari Shrine and Haneda Shrine within 15-20 walking distance. The best thing I liked was they were able to store my bag for three days before I checked. I was going to take a quick three days in Okinawa and didn't want to drag my large bag with me. After making my reservation I sent a message and received a prompt reply that they would be happy to store my bag while I was away. Thank you so very much.

No airport shuttle in the afternoon.

I liked the interiors of the hotel, they have a cozy sofa for those who're waiting to check-in or check-out. The room was clean and spacious enough by Japanese standards, and the bed would be good for two people to sleep. There was a table long enough and free from clutter that could be used to eat your breakfast from a nearby convenience store. The staff was friendly and polite. The location is very convenient if you just need to spend a night between your flights like I needed. I only stayed there for a few hours between my connecting flights, so I cannot tell much more about it. Thank you, hotel MONday!

One stop train to the airport HND. Morning free shuttle back to airport is convenient.

Something wrong with their shuttle arrangement system: In the late night hour, hotel staff says the shuttle is fully booked. In the morning when I ask again they made an exception for me to get on the fully booked shuttle because my roommate was booked into the shuttle while I was left out. I appreciate it. However when we got into the shuttle, there were only 1/4 seats full- there were only 4 people!?!

We booked this hotel at the last minute after our flight was delayed, mainly because of the shuttle bus service back to the airport. We’re so glad we ended up here! It was incredibly convenient to reach the hotel by metro from the airport—just three stops and a short walk across the road. The staff welcomed us warmly and were very polite and helpful. They efficiently handled our check-in and also booked us on the first shuttle back to the airport the next morning. Unfortunately, we had to leave at 4 a.m. and couldn’t enjoy the breakfast, which looked absolutely delicious. Hopefully, we’ll have the chance to try it on our next visit! As for the rooms, they were exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers who need to stay close to the airport for an affordable price!
