Not a big, comfortable hotel in a quiet area. Close to the beach. You can find a free parking place in front of the hotel. I was there for work, so I appreciate the good wifi range and speed. Good food and friendly staff. You can order food all day a'la carte. Coffee in the room is always a big plus to me!

Each day, the same set of food is served at the breakfast. After a few days, you wish to get something else. Still, you can choose from many different kinds of served food, but if I can complain... ;-)

The hotel is located in a beautiful street, near every main attraction in Vouliagmeni. We spent two days there and didn’t need a taxi to get to Vouliagmeni lake or Astir Beach. It was all within walking distance. There are lots of restaurants and beach activities to do in the region. Regarding the hotel architecture, it truly has the boutique hotel vibe, with a private swimming pool with ambience music and private rooms. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options and was very carefully prepared. Also, the staff is incredibly nice. Everyone was always smiling and ready to assist us in everything we needed! Recommend 100%!

The property is expertly finished with a lot of attention to detail. The staff were very welcoming and very professional, ready to give us recommendations of the area and restaurants around Vouliagmeni. They also went out of their way to reserve a restaurant which was showing as fully-booked for us. Rooms are not big but very clean, fresh odor and comfy beds. The property is situated very close to the main beach of Vouliagmeni and the centre of town.

Nothing 'bad' as such, just some recommendations: - WIFI speed can be a bit stronger in rooms. - Music in lobby bar in the evening can be a bit more mellow - lounge music will fit better for the type of hotel setting.

This is an excellent hotel which is fairly new and modern. We were luckily upgraded to an executive room which was very spacious. The bathroom was excellent having a walk-in shower. This is a very peaceful hotel located within a residential street. The area is very safe and quiet. There are a number of restaurants and Cafes dotted all around the hotel which are all of a fairly high standard. I can highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of foods which were homemade. I wish I could’ve eaten it all!

There was nothing that I disliked.

The location of the hotel is amazing- just a few hundred meters away from the riviera with all the best beaches and restaurants. The staff is exquisite! Everyone does their absolute best to make you feel as welcome as possible even going every extra mile just on a hint! Its an example of how someone in the immediate vicinity of 2 world-class resorts not only fares well, but competes successfully! The restaurant was a complete surprise, with food easily competing with nearby "culinary stars" of Greece! Definitely a must visit!

Minibar could be actually utilized, not just water in there. Also room 413 had a slight floor-tilt issue, which made it dry a bit slower, but overall nothing to actually complain about! Exceptional place!

The staff were extremely attentive & responsive, nothing was too much trouble. The location was great to visit all of the local attractions. We loved both the room & made use of the private pool. Breakfast was good quality with a varied selection.

We did feel that value for money could have been improved a little, but no other complaints.

Breakfast. Althought the quality of the food was very good, it didnt offer many options. Asked for scrambled eggs with tomatoes and I was told it was not possible. Very small selection of bread. Wanted to toast the bread, It wasn't possible due to lack of toaster. Even a 3star hotel has toasters. Breakfast can be improved

Now the staff was phenomenal everyone was nice and helpful they even helped organize my day and gave me amazing recommendations. I really thank Nicolas for helping me find my phone after I forgot it in an Uber. The breakfast was great and the housekeeping cleaning and organizing my room was something amazing it was the best

We chose this hotel for a one night stay halfway between Athens centre and the airport. The dining room and our upgraded bedroom made the most of a pretty setting in a small wooded area in a quiet residential street. The views were enhanced by water in small swimming pools and a small most around a seated area near the bar. There were beaches and restaurants nearby. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and although we had checked out at noon they provided us with luggage storage so we could enjoy our last day on the beach and a shower before our late night flight. The hotel arranged taxis from Piraeus port and from the hotel to the airport which honoured the €45 price quoted even though our ferry was late. Comfortable bed, Molton Brown products, bathrobes, slippers. Delicious buffet and made to order breakfast.

This is a new hotel and had a few technical problems such as the room safe not working and the TV info about the hotel was slow and didn’t provide the information we were looking for. Reception were very helpful when they were unable to fix the safe offering us the hotel safe at reception. There was no iron or small ironing board and nothing in the mini fridge apart from water. There was a small foldable luggage rack which our rucksacks fell through and we had to use the bed to pack our stuff which isn’t hygienic on the lovely white linens. These are small teething problems and we would highly recommend this hotel

Great location. Facilities were very modern and stylish. The food was fantastic. Available at the bar! Breakfast was very very good! The room was very large and comfortable. We had trouble with the shower flooding the bathroom because there was no shower door. That was our only issue.

The open shower is attractive, but not very practical and we ended up using most of our towels trying to hold the water back
