From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with genuine warmth and desire to make the stay memorable. The bed was cosy and warm, pleasant when there was a storm outside. Top notch breakfast, warm, plentiful and very tasty. Host went out of her way to cater for vegan/vegetarian. Location puts you within a very short drive of a range of activities and top attractions in the Kingdom of Mourne, perfect especially if you wish to enjoy the great outdoors.

Everything suited us perfectly

In lovely picturesque Dundrum bay with golf courses restaurants and all amenities close by. A beautiful garden and it’s comfortable, clean, and quiet with a lovely garden. A wonderful breakfast included. The host was really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to stay on your journey. William L

Nothing that we did not like !

Arlene is a wonderful host and was friendly, communicative and warm but not intrusive. The B&B is clearly signposted from the main road. Check in was easy and quick. Rooms were immaculately clean and bed and bedding were very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty!

The sliding bathroom door doesn't offer much privacy! Otherwise the room was lovely.

We liked how we were greated,how clean and tidy and the room was, Lovey comphy bed,TV, shower was amazing,breakfast was delicious and was loads of choice for breakfast which I liked,Arlene was a lovey lady and even came to talk to us which was nice,coudnt fault this place at all and would definitely recommend this place and most definitely will be back.lovey big frount garden,outside seating area,kitchen that you could just go anytime make a cuppa,was also sofa that you could watch TV was huge brilliant and the views was breath taking, seeing the wee lambs jumping about the field,meet molly too such a beautiful dog,she was so friendly and came to say hello and lye in the middle of us,so relaxing and did feel as if you were at home as that's how you were welcomed 😀 see yous again and hope you liked your owl 🦉 😀

The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful. Although this place did not serve breakfast, the rooms had basic self catering facilities so we were able to make our own breakfast plus we were also able to makeean evening meal. (Lidl is 5 mins walk away). It is right in the middle of Downpatrick so very convenient.

The only issue we had was finding the place!

Great place to stay. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

We were walking and did not have a car. The restaurant was about 0.8 miles away. But not a big deal because it was an easy walk. If you had a car it was no problem at all. Most the near by restaurants are closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Lovely location and a very warm welcome. Great facilities for making tea/coffee. Plenty of areas to sit and relax both in the house and in the garden. There was more than enough choice for breakfast including a perfectly cooked fry to your preference. Very relaxing atmosphere and all your guests needs considered.

The house is set in a well kept garden with seating and flowering borders and overlooked by Dundrum Castle nestling in the trees on the hill and of course the dominating presence of Slieve Donard when it wasn't overcast. It really is lovely. The property is all on ground level so no great difficulty with mobility. Arlene was lovely, helpful and friendly. The room and shower facilities were great and very comfy bed. It was nice to sit on the laptop looking over the garden and enjoying a coffee. Met some very interesting guests from around the globe and was very sorry I wasn't staying longer, I look forward to an opportunity to go back.

There wasn't anything that would discourage me from staying again.

The location near the town of Dundrum was perfect. The views from Dundrum castle were sublime. Our host was so friendly and engaging that we felt like family! We had a wonderful Ulster breakfast cooked for us, and the traditions explained. Just a wonderful experience.

I found the property clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming. To me, as a diabetic, it was comforting to find that my needs in that respect were fully understood, so all in all a place I would certainly keep in mind when next in that part of N I
