Friendly staff and beautiful clean hotel. Nice complementary breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea bar .

There is limited parking. We got there late and there were no spots to park. Also there are no housekeeping services unless you request it. This should be told to you as you check in. It is not , it is written on a paper on the hotel room. If you don't read the paper you have no idea. When I went to the desk to ask about my room being cleaned they told me it's their policy. I do think that should be told to you when you check in as I would have requested daily housekeeping.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and it was a fantastic surprise. Brand new structure, very well cared for in detail and cleanliness. Cozy and pleasant atmosphere to live even in the common areas. Really excellent reception staff. Special thanks go to Kady, a real angel and thanks also to Lisa, both professional and with a very sweet character. Very comfortable beds, spacious and well clean room, excellent location. Staff was very friendly and check in/out super easy. Breakfast served had something for everyone: eggs, sausage, yogurt, various cold drinks (juices, milk) as well as toaster with various breads. Lots of other choices as well. There was a CVS and Dunkin in neighboring parking lots but the Garrison was still quiet and low key and away from the main road. Very clean and spacious rooms with a large mini fridge that was perfect for road travelers who pack their own food/drinks. The pool was open daily (although we did not utilize during our stay) and they offered fresh made popcorn in the lobby until 10 p.m. daily. Lots of drinks and snacks available for sale in the front lobby as well if you were looking for other things to snack on. I would definitely recommend for others to stay here. We were in town to tour the University of New Hampshire and we would definitely stay here again. It is about a 13 minute drive to campus from the hotel.

Parking lot was small and we were out late so we were able to get one last parking space but the neighboring cars did a poor job of parking within the lines. Not the Garrison's fault at all. I cannot think of anything else I did not like.

Breakfast was excellent with sausage and eggs available each day as well as pancakes and amazing bagels. Several other items such as fruits, juices, yogurts, etc. The hotel was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was good sized and bed was comfortable.

The fridge is small with no freezer compartment and no microwave in the room. There were microwaves available for guests in the hallway and breakfast area. It didn't bother us, but there was no daily maid service. Although we enjoyed our stay, we felt the price was a little high.

WE GO TO OUR DAUTHERS EVERY CHRISMASS AND THE HOTEL IS LOCATED CLOSE TO HER HOUSE. HAVE BEEN STAYING THERE FOR8 YEARS NOW AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPOINTED. GRANDDAUITHERS WOULD USE THE POOL ON CHRISTMAS DAY WHEN THEY WERE YOUNGER AND WILL REMEMBER MANY GREAT MEMORIES FROM THE HOTEL. HOPE TO SPEND MANY MORE CHRISTMAS EVE NIGHTS THERE IN THE FUTURE.

ONE YEAR I WENT TO BOOK IN WITH A PRE-APROVED COMFERMATION AND WAS TOLD I WAS ON A NO RENT LIST. AFTER GETTING THE DAY MANAGER INVOVED IT WAS UNFORTUNATE TO FIND THE A PERSON WITH THE SAME NAME AS ME HAD CAUSED A DISTURBANCE A YEAR PRIOR. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION IT WAS RESOLVED I WAS NOT THE SAME PERSON.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is tucked back behind several stores. EASY walk to Dunkin or CVS if you should need anything. Hotel provides complimentary 24/7 snacks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby which is a nice amenity. There is also a small market. Our room had a college sized fridge in it which was not mentioned in the room description and was a nice surprise. Room was super clean. The grounds out back are peaceful and there are lots of birds.

Perfect location, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere . So many places to visit around the area, shopping malls, outlets, restaurants, ... Our staying just two nights so we didn't have enough time swimming in the pool We love sand, sea and beaches, so we didn't visit the pool, which was always available for us. So many restaurants nearby to suit all tastes, and if you love lobster's rolls, even better. Kitchenette is so practical know is available..additionally Water machine, microwave, and ice machine available in hallways. Start your day by enjoying breakfast at the hotel Great hotel!! Thank you

Our window faced the highway, didn't affect our relaxing mornings. Been picky missing dish-towel and bowls to make big salad.

Location was very convenient for us, as we were visiting friends that lived less than 3 miles from The Garrison. Hot breakfast options were somewhat limited but still a reasonable number of options overall to "grab and go" - it certainly made life easier in that most days we only had to figure out where to eat for lunch and dinner each day of our stay.

Only things missing to make it a perfect stay would have been private balconies/outdoor space off your room or perhaps hot tubs either in the pool area or maybe even outdoors.

We loved the decor, and friendly staff. There was popcorn, tea and coffee which the kids loved. The room was nice and the bed’s comfortable for the most part. Awesome gym facilities!!

The bathroom was quite small, the room size did make up for the tiny bathroom. The pool wasn’t heated, and our room was first room, the smoking section was right outside our room so it smelled a bit like smoke. The outside lawn furniture was also right outside our room and there was some sort of party or large group of people that loud pretty late. We understand the hotel can’t necessarily control that.

Great location, close to downtown and major routes north/east/south/west Tons of Tesla spots Was able to check in a bit early, which was a terrific benefit, especially since we left so early upon our departure.

Though we are senior citizens we find we often are assigned a room for those needing extra equipment in the bath. Is this because our Booking.com profile lists our ages instead of our preferences?
