Location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the bus station and 5 minutes from great restaurants and bars. 100% value for the price we paid

I liked all. Maybe one suggestion to continue improving: a customer service training for the staff to convert their work from transactional to create and experience for the guests

The hotel is situated in the nice part of town near the bus station. The pool area is nice and shady. Rooms are spacious.

Breakfast options are limited.

We liked the rooms and location. It was quiet and laid back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was handy to have the restaurant for breakfast and supper.

Nice location amidst a kind of jungle, and the pool (could use in the evening before my night bus). Also close to some restaurants with vegetarian choices, and 5 min walk to the ADO bus station. Friendly staff at reception always ready to answer my questions. Rooms big and clean enough.

Restaurant could have been better quality

The room was excellent , clean, hot water , A/C worked great. Staff were professional and courteous. The location was a mere 200 yards from the bus station. No complaints

The room had no external windows but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

The pool! The service! Everything you could need is here. I stayed at Kin Balam and paid about the same price, did not have nearly the amount of amenities and comfort, also Maya Tulipanes arranged with Kin Balam to bring my IDthey forgot to return to me (for a key and air conditioning remote). Long story short, the staff are accommodating, so sweet, most also speak English. The restaurant was yummy! I enjoyed eating in my room while watching Netflix on their new TVs. At night you can hear the pool’s waterfall and it’s peaceful. I was able to walk to the ADO bus stop with tons of luggage, with ease, super close. The hotel practices COVID safety.The hotel is very open and breezy so nice! The neighborhood is great too. Would stay here again for sure!!!!

Sadly the Karaoke bar was closed. But that’s all! everything was perfect!

Lovely staff, aircon was great and the room was clean!

Pool was a little unclean, though I think that was more do to with the number of bugs in palenque!
