This resort is a Gem , they have very beautiful scenery , and all the staff is so helpful and friendly , the food is also so good ( I love their baked tuna ) , they have 3 swimming pools , and the beach is so clean

We came at night , since the property is almost 3 hours from airport ( with traffic jam and always traffic jam ) , our ac room is broken for straight 2 nights ( and they give us an up grade room but is our last night at di hotel and we should check out at 5 am , but the staff is so helpful but still .. we are not confortable during the night time

Great resort with fabulous grounds. Exceeded my expectations, property photos were actually accurate. Staff were very warm and welcoming, service and food were really great too. Also there are a couple of convenience stores, local restaurants and spa/massage places within easy walking distance (only a few minutes from main lobby).

Very minor issues only. Gym access required you to go to reception to ask an employee to come and physically let you in; a number of lights in the suite were blown or faulty; too relaxed enforcing their own pool lounge etiquette (e.g. sun beds were ‘reserved’ with a towel but unused for up to 4 hrs).

The place is quite nice but needs updating, rooms are nice and beads very comfortable. The beach front was awful, I understand that this beach is accessible to locals and other people who is there but, if I was resort owner I would hire someone to pick the rubbish and dead birds from the beach. BTW beach is only 30m away from main swimming pool. Advise, if you planning to visit this resort and choosing because is on the beach, don’t waste your money. See pictures attached

Beach!!!!!

We booked this hotel via the many positive reviews left by others on Booking.com. we we're not disappointed. Upon arrival, you're looked after by kind, friendly staff, who check you in quickly and without fuss. We had booked one of their Ocean View suites, which was superb. Plenty of room and the facilities were excellent, including a lovely shower and outside spa bath. Food at the restaurant was great, especially the breakfast. My wife is lactose intolerant, and they looked after her really well overall. However, that said, a list of ingredients for each food item would have been a nice addition. There are 3 pools, 3 restaurants, dive booking shack, and a Spa on site, plus a nice bar. They also have two large private beaches. More loungers around the central pool would have been nice though. Spa wise, we had booked a Healing Journey, which is 2.5 hours of massages and bliss. I fully recommend. Only slight observation (rather than a complaint) was the large glass patio doors in our room, which were very difficult to open. Maybe the runners need to be maintained. Overall, it was a really lovely stay with lots of good memories.

The view,and pools are fabulous. Our beach bungalow was perfect and exactly what we had booked. It's nice to sit on the front porch and enjoy the ocean views . The food was definitely a highlight for me. I am Coeliac, and each restaurant had a good variety of GF choices which were cooked separately, and all delicious. We don't normally eaten within the hotel, but this time I did ,and each meal was reasonably priced and delicious. I was very appreciative of being able to eat without any issues.

The staff are friendly, but I didn't feel that the service was exceptional or personal, considering the price to stay at the resort.

The hotel complex was extraordinary. I really appreciated the hotel's environment, with lots of vegetation and the possibility of swimming directly in the sea. The big plus for me was the diving center ( diving.DE), which was located directly in the hotel garden. You can dive in the morning and enjoy the afternoon in the complex, it's fantastic and the diving center is very good. What's more, the staff were very kind, polite and always with a big smile. The breakfast buffet was of impressive quality. The hotel's three restaurants were good and really convenient, but I recommend exploring the restaurants outside the hotel, which are also very good!

The view from our room was fantastic and the location on the beach.

Breakfast service was terrible, the coffee is just black water with no taste and no strength. It took us 20 minutes to get our proper strong black coffee after asking several times. We were first at the al la carte breakfast and last to get our coffee. The other thing is you should not be reserving tables at breakfast, it should be first come first serve. We wanted a table but it was reserved but the people do not arrive during our breakfast and the table was still empty. Also you say in your rules no reserving sun beds by the pool, people Were reserving sun beds with their belongings. Your meant to be a 4 star luxury hotel, some things need improvement.

I felt the meals were expensive and with lots of choice in the local area we ate at the nearby warungs as was better value for money

Always plenty of room around the pool /beach areas. Very relaxed environment, nice and quiet, not rowdy, loved the restaurants, especially the Indonesian, satay chicken was amazing! Got to read books. A relaxing oasis, the pricing normally of the rooms is quite expensive, however managed to get a fantastic deal through Booking.com and were so very happy with our choice. Would highly recommend to those who wish to wind down and appreciate not having the hustle and bustle of down town Bali.

The egg station at breakfast, not very productivie, you had to stand and wait for your eggs, very limited space for the chef to cook them. Bacon station, cooking only a few pieces at one time. Could be better. Other than that, it was great!

I had an ocean view room in the main building and it had a beautiful balcony overlooking the gardens, the main pool, and the ocean. It was gorgeous. I loved the pools, especially the infinity pool in the middle of the garden. It was spotlessly clean, and the gardens so well-maintained. The whole place was so peaceful and so gorgeous. I had only booked for two nights and extended to five. Despite the number of people who were staying there, the pools hardly ever had more than a couple of people in them. (There are also loungers with parasols in front of the ocean.) This is a really beautiful place and well worth the price - certainly for the room I had, number 219. The staff were lovely.

Obviously as a resort, the prices in the restaurant are going to be correspondingly high, and the tax and services charges are the highest I encountered in Bali. I was appalled to pay something like 180,000 for a small glass of tepid white wine! As others have mentioned, the beach receives some tidal litter, and also from people picnicking on the beach and leaving their stuff behind. The hotel staff do try to clean it up: unfortunately litter is a cultural problem all over this beautiful island.
