Third year we went to this hotel and again had a very nice time. Yes, the furniture could be updated, but the value you get from the price is more than fair. Location wise you can not be better, 10 minutes walking to the beach, ideal for surfing for example.

All the furnites are outdated, but I want to stress that this is what you paid for. Absolute fair!

Good location, beautiful well-groomed area, guarded private parking, we stayed for one night, everything was fine, the only thing is don’t go out onto the balcony with the door closed behind you, we had every chance to spend the night on the balcony, a neighbor from the room next to us saved us. The furniture was a little old, but everything was clean. I think this is offset by the price. The room is large with good storage systems. The small kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in your room. I think it's a great place for a summer holiday. Thank you for our vacation.

Beautiful apartment located in a very quiet area. Very clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the golf course and the sea. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

It was quiet and had a pool not too far from town if driving but a bit of a walk if not driving

The location on google maps could do with an upgrade as you’d pass it maybe the location for google maps should have been from inside the car park but a small minor issue

Big Fridge, perfect for a family. Kitchen was modern. The rest was absolute ok. 7 minute walk to a nice beach, pool simple but good, garden with room for kids to run and play and to meet other kids after dinner to make friends.

Property location and upkeep is excellent. Although most guests arrive in their cars, the place is also connected by public transport. It is close to Intermarche so you get everything you need easily. The rooms are spacious for a couple with a private terrace area for a quite dinner.

When we were booking we weren't given the option to choose terrace or balcony so we were given a terrace apartment on ground floor. The staff doesn't speak English fluently so it can be a bit of challenge to communicate with them. The property is well located but since it is situated between Biarritz and Bidart so there is only one bus service that connects you to the city. The public transport in general is reliable but only available till 8/9pm so if you want to enjoy a late night in Biarritz you have to make alternate arrangements.

The apartment complex was close to a nice beach and the areas around were really nice and friendly locals.

Quiet, 10 mins from beach, lovely gardens and views, decent size of rooms. Well equipped.

A little tired in some parts, like rollers not working well on cupboards, a bit if rust here and there. Cigarette holes on curtains.
