Location close to everything without being in the centre of town. Staff friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and modern and we had a beautiful sun facing balcony. Parking available if required. Pool area was beautiful and sunny all day.

Be aware that you need to provide your own toilet paper. Be aware that you need to clean the unit when you leave. Be aware of reception hours and if arriving or leaving outside reception hours make arrangements with reception well in advance to pick up or drop off keys outside reception hours. It is possible but you need to make arrangements a couple of days ahead of time.

I liked the overall place and location.

I didn't like that the deposit policy wasn't clear when I made the booking. It's okay, I understand why it's needed but could have been clearer when making the booking, especially as it is quite a large sum. There could also have been provided some cleaning products as we are to clean the place ourselves. Floor detergent, cleaning cloths, and dishwasher tablets would have been appreciated. Other than that, it was a great place to stay

It was a great value for money deal. The spa was a welcomed treat after doing a lot of walking. The sauna was great and the pool too. It’s a simple appartment but all I needed was there and it’s all pretty new. Yes you do have to do a few things before leaving like taking the sheets of and taking the trash out but it was very very reasonable. Had my deposit back within the same day. The ladies on the reception where friendly. If you are a good walker the location is great. Few min up the hill and then you have stunning views walking down to the beach. I would come back.

The pool, sauna and steam room are fantastic

The breakfast was not worth the money, it seems that its literally if you aren't there for 07:30 it's not topped up so you don't have the greatest choice, also it would be nice if there was tea and coffee in the apartment

You can’t check into your room until 5pm but our room was ready so we checked in early. Friendly staff at reception. Nice clean well equipped apartment. Our room had 2 balconies overlooking the pool. The outdoor pool gets the sun all day until about 6.30/7pm. No problem ever getting a sun lounger at it. Fabulous indoor pool with sauna & steam room. Great to use on a rainy day! Small gym with treadmill, rowing machine etc (no free weights) The apartments are in a quiet location. 5 minutes walk (mostly uphill!) from a Carrefour Express supermarket. About 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Biarritz & a choice of beaches & surf schools nearby. Check out is 10am but there’s a room where you can store your luggage if you’ve an evening flight. All in all we enjoyed our stay here & would recommend.

No air conditioning :( however we got a fan from reception.

Fabulous location - easy walk to the beach. Very clean and we took full advantage of the gym, pool, sauna and steam room. We had a large balcony which was nice for breakfast/drinks. Very comfortable bed and the electric shutters give complete black out for a good nights sleep. We would recommend this property and would have no hesitation in booking again.

A couple of small things could make it better… A cloth for the kitchenette so that you can keep work surfaces/dining area clean. Salt and pepper - basic provisions that were missing.

Really good value for money, much cheaper than alternative options and within walking distance of the centre. Plus a nice walk along the coast to reach it!

Everything was fine.

Excellent location and good balneo indoor pool. The apartment was confortable and the covered balcony was really a savior on rainy days.

Not much to dislike, but outside pool is really small, corridors need cleaning, carpets are stained and our elevator had the mirror smashed. It lowers the standards of the residence.

Clean and well appointed apartment. Lovely outdoor pool as well as indoor spa and pool all included in the price. Close to Biarritz and beach.

Stay would have been improved if washing up liquid, dish cloth and tea towel were provided.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Located a little way from the centre of Biarritz, a reasonable walk but also served well by local buses. The apartment building is also well located close to the Marbella and Cote de Basques beaches.

The indoor gym is quite small with only a few exercise machines. Even at the end of the season there was a bit of a wait to use them.
