It's so close to the airport you can wake up five minutes before check-in. unless you want breakfast, which was perfectly ok but not spectacular. Lovely staff! The check-in guy was helpful, patient and genuinely friendly, as were the bar staff. Ok, it's a compromise; there are cosier or more luxuriously appointed hotels in the world, but the compromise is fine, given its fabulous proximity to the departures lounge.

No kettle in the room, though when we asked for one they delivered one. so I suppose that's not really a negative. nothing else to report, given the price and the location.

Breakfast was very good, and friendly staff, lots of choice and opportunities to adapt to my personal diets (fruits and no gluten) Airport closeness undisputable even compared with closest competition, only plus would be to improve the signs to encourage to just cross the street to reach the airport hall isntead of following the "Terminal signs" that made me tour a long way before I found out I was just accross the street. Room was very clean modern and minimalist but sufficient and classy, I love the bathroon overall setting very efficient

Location is perfect for overnight airport travels. Very close to the airport terminal. Easy checkin and very quiet room. Room was clean and ready to host us. No problems whatsoever. Breakfast was ok but could be better quality.

Breakfast was ok but the quality and choice of food could be much better. Coffee taste was passable. Small thing about signs leading to hotel from terminal - we follow the signs and we go around big bus/parking lot. In the morning we realised we could just cross the street (via pedestrian walk) directly to the entry of Scandic (this could save you 5-10 min of walk in the middle of the night).

Location is right next to the main terminal. Easy to find and get to, and good lift access to the hotel main floor. Check in was simple. Room was spacious and clean - everything worked. Plenty of power sockets. Bathroom was clean and well presented. Considering how close it is to the airport, there was not much noise from outside. Aircon was good enough. Evening meal in the restaurant was great. Large lounge/tv area for relaxing near the bar area. Breakfast was very good and early - 4am start. I will for sure book to stay here again in the future.

As a business trip location, I think this was perfect. Maybe if I were on holiday it would have been nice to have an alternative lounge away from the TV.

We had an early flight, so the location of the hotel at the airport was perfect. We even managed to take the train to Helsinki for a late diner and come back because the train connections are very convenient. Also, as was told at the check-in counter, the security check was really fast for families with children in the morning. Our room was also a good size for us and was really clean and nice. There room was also really quiet with no outside noise. The breakfast was very nice, with lots of choice and there was even an option to pack your food to go if need be.

1. Location did meet our expectation. You could reach the hotel entrance by going out of the terminal and cross the pedestrian walk. I think it was less than 200 meters after baggage claim. It was also convenient to go into town by train if you wanted to. Breakfast choices were sufficient. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The door of the shower room did not prevent the shower to splash outside as it closed just half way. One door was missing.

Very friendly and helpful staff, our room was very comfortable and the lobby, bar and dining area of the hotel is so pretty - much more than we expected for an airport hotel!

We arrived at breakfast about 45 minutes before the end time and most of the hot food was gone and was not replenished. I would recommend arriving early for best selection.

Clean, good and silent hotel room very next to Helsinki-Vantaa international airport. Short walking distance to airport terminal is about 5 minutes. Hotel has available good buffet breakfast with variety of choice.

Access to hotel from outside ground level is via elevator (lift) to the upper level floor reception, which is a bit challenging if you have a big luggage to carry. There is no hotel restaurant or bar open later in the evening, however some sandwiches and drinks can be bought from reception.

The location of the hotel is very good. After you go out of the arrival gate, you follow the sign of HOTEL, it's easy to see the building. Reception is on the 3rd floor and it's quick to check in. Although the family room for parents and two kids are small, it's very quiet. The beds and quilts are comfortable. It's really a good choice to stay in this hotel if you only have one day in Helsinki and will take flight next evening. The breakfast is OK, bread, cake, cheese, bacon, juice, fruit, salad, eggs,cafe.....

Within just a minute walk from the airport, it was perfect. I had a dinner in the restaurant, which was very good and an early bird breakfast before my 7 am flight. In the evening the shops and restaurants of the airport are near if need for a late snack, but there was stuff at the hotel reception, too The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for the shower & sleep I came there for. Staff was very nice, both in the reception and in the hotel restaurant!
