Springtime in Boston is always a gamble, but when the beautiful weather does show up....the view of the Seaport was amazing from our room, especially from the 18th floor! The room was clean and spacious, including the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfy, and I love the additional touch of the decorative pillow because it provided great support when resting and watching television. Still love the privacy "doorbell"! The location is spectacular because of the multiple street access points - the main lobby takes you to Seaport Blvd., and the Plaza takes you to the bridge to the convention center. The vibe is calm and relaxing. Love this hotel!

Great hotel, and one we will be returning to. Staff were very nice, all very helpful. The breakfast each morning set us up for the day. They upgraded us to a suite which was amazing and the pool was well managed which we used every day. Great location, with lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Short Uber into many great Boston locations. The area felt safe.

We stayed over Christmas and hotel was pratically empty over Christmas day but once we got to the 27th it filled up to capacity very quick and there was a 30 min wait to get into breakfast. Not a big deal but it was a totally different experience to our first few days there.

Convenient location from the airport and new, modern area of town. Even though you see the airport and the planes, you do not hear them. Awesome noise isolation!! Awesome attentive staff. Great and comfortable room with partial view of the port.

The restaurant is NOT worth it, lack of attention to detail, like serving water for tea in a coffee jug (so your team just taste like dirty water), and expensive... Too many other good option a few steps away to justify eating here. Minor aging with some marks on the bed headrest cushion and a corner of the wall paper peeling in the bathroom that does not detract from the stay, but that do stick out sorely. Also a few dust bunnies that could be easily handled.

The staff at the Seaport are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and they'll do anything they can to help you and make your stay enjoyable. If you are going for the marathon they really take care of you. Free shuttle bus to the buses at Boston common, pasta party the night before, take away breakfast on race day and facilities for spectators to make signs to support their runners. All much appreciated by my husband who ran the marathon. The room was nice, comfortable and quiet. You are 2 minutes walk from the WTC silver line stop so getting from/to the airport and around Boston is very easy. I would stay at the Seaport again in a heartbeat.

The room needs more storage space. Whilst everyone thinks a Keurig is great not having the ability to get boiled water for a cup of tea is a form of hate crime against anyone British 😂.

The location and the staff were absolutely amazing. I travel a lot for work and for my daughter’s dance competitions. As a single mom, you are always concerned about safety. From the moment I stepped out of the Lyft, entered the lobby and was greeted by Aaron in guest services I knew I had made the right choice. The previous year I stayed at another hotel in the area and while beautiful and upscale, there was something different about this hotel. I not only felt extremely safe but the staff was amazing, the room was extremely clean, and the room had the latest technology which made the kids happy. When I checked out I didn’t want to leave.. Hope to return in the spring when the weather in Boston is nicer.

Gigi was absolutely the most accommodating person at check in. She let us check in early, and when we decided to extend our stay, she was so helpful! Everything was just so easy...check in, concierge services, parking, and the valet! Everyone was so kind and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! It is large and clean, and the rooms were beautiful and big! It is also a very quiet hotel, so sleeping was perfect!

The area is a bit closed off from most of the tourist areas...which can also be a good thing! We were there over a long holiday weekend and most of the business, bars and restaurants were closed in the area, so we had to UBER back and forth.

I emailed several times to advise my daughter would arrive in the afternoon and I’d arrive late evening, and they wouldn’t let her check in even though I called from the airport in the U.K. as I was on my way. Extremely frustrating and annoying as I spent three hours at Heathrow airport trying to sort it out, they then tried to take the full payment in advance and blocked my credit card !!! They could have just taken a deposit to cover one night but didn’t !!! I asked to see a manager when I arrived and they said my daughter might have checked in and left without paying but they had my credit card how how could this happen!!!

Room was a good size. Great views from the high floors over the bay. Nice restaurant and bar although expensive. Pool area was disappointing. No loungers just chairs and the water was really cold. I didn't find a hot tub or sauna, only a gym. Location is excellent and the staff really helpful.

Water in pool extremely cold and no sauna or hot tub. Bar and restaurant expensive compared to those around the area. Vague descriptions of where and how to get the Silver Line to and from the airport from the staff. We gave up and got a taxi. FYI If picks up from every airport terminal and is free. Get off at World Trade Centre cross over and go right then left. Hotel entrance is there. Never got the hang of getting it back!

I loved staying here. The location was perfect, we were near everything and we also walked around the seaport area. Our room was spacious and clean. The Seaport Hotel staff were phenomenal. They were so friendly, helpful, efficient and hard working. We enjoyed several wonderful meals in the Tamo and in the breakfast area and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The concierge Danny Vargas was top notch and very helpful in answering our questions and assisting us with whatever we required. We had an incredible time in Boston and the Seaport Hotel played a huge part in our enjoyment of the city.

There was nothing I didn't like.
