Price of breakfast, no hot water, and floors was dirty

This was a great place to stay! Staff was friendly, and hotel was clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was close to restaurants.

Walls were a little thin. For 3 days we heard a man sucking his snot and spitting loogies. Literally all night long. It would also be helpful if any information on the restaurant in the building was accessible. The welcome letter say room service but there isn't a menu. Breakfast is only included if you are a HH member or include it in your booking. Also found this out after the fact. Unfortunately every time I tried to sign up I was told there was an error.

We got the best deal through booking.com that came with complimentary breakfast! It was an exceptional deal. The front desk clerks were very nice. Thank you. When we came in for breakfast the hostess was very nice Aunt. The chef that cooked our delicious omelette was very polite as well. It made our breakfast a very enjoyable experience.

The only problem was there was a leaky toilet. But again when we told the front desk someone came to fix it promptly. Although it still needs more work.

The front desk attendant was AWESOME !!!! I believe her name was Jay she made my bday visit the best I LOVED HER ENERGY.. the room was nice I have OCD so I always reclean myself

The pool was closed due to maintenance our whole stay which sucked because that’s the only reason I booked this hotel cause the pool. But there was a near by swimming pool we enjoyed a lot.

Everything that's why this was my second time coming back to this location. That's why me coming from Cleveland, Ohio this was the best hotel that I visit that was great for me and my family and they had everything I needed

The service of the food if someone is traveling from another city or state just like myself coming from Cleveland, Ohio with my family the breakfast was a little to high.

I was witness twice to staff manager interacting with staff . He was so kind to them . I was the only other person around on 2 separate occasions. He treated the staff so well and was so kind to them . He didn't talk down to them and listened to them honestly . What a great manager . Seriously nobody else was around the area and he treated them with respect and really listened to them and was so kind . What a great guy !!! Great job manager person !!!!!

Air quality from air conditioner . Needs a professional deep clean . Smelled musty and old . Kind of blocked my airways and plugged my nose . Staff not responsible for this obviously . It just needs a deep professional cleaning .

It was close to a lot of different areas that you can visit.

The gym was not really working. One machine was completely broken when we arrived and should have been removed due to the parts just hanging around the machine. The ice machine on second floor was broken. The keys were supposed to to work for the gym and pool area, but it was working then it didn’t .

Service was good the day that I checked in the only thing is there seem to be trouble with the elevators that day and was slow moving kind of crowded.

I was checked into a room giving a key but when I entered my room the bed had not been made the room had not been cleaned but the staff that was working the floor took care of everything so after that the service was great

Very nice bed. The breakfast was really good as well. The pool was a nice temperature too.

The room was a little outdated but not too terrible. The bathroom really needed to be looked at. The shower curtain was too small and water got everywhere. There was no hook for the towels so the only option was to drape it over the shower rod. We asked a couple times for extra towels and got nothing.

The front desk was very polite and friendly.. I wanted a room next to my family that was staying there however, the rooms weren't ready, the kept me on a list. At 6:00 the rooms weren't turned over by housekeeping so I took what was available. The room was clean, beds wete very comfortable.
