Great amenities at the resort and direct access to the beach was amazing!! Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing access to pool until our room was ready. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit that had full kitchen bathroom and laundry facilities for 5 nights was very clean and comfortable with lots of space. Close walk to nearby shops and a short drive into the town centre and the jetty. Great base to also do day trips to explore nearby Margaret River, Hamlin Bay, Dunsborough etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Some of the apartment could do with an update (cracking/peeling paint in bathroom) but all up was in very clean and tidy state.

The villa was lovely, a spa bath was a nice surprise in the bathroom, bed is very comfortable. So close to the beach you can hear it House cleaner came and cleaned on day 3 Lots of wild life early morning and evening

The family that stayed from Sunday in the villa attached to ours was SO loud. Kids screaming from 5pm till 9pm every night and then started again at 7am. My relaxing holiday was ruined. I was prepared to hear noise being wall to wall villas but this was insane. High pitched screaming, yelling, fighting, slamming doors that went on for hours every night. This definitely will make me think again before booking here.

The location was perfect and our favourite part was the pool, open nice and late and always warm for an evening or morning swim Bathroom was so clean and the bed was comfy, the sheets were a bit stiff though The whole vibe of the place was so peaceful with the nicely spaced rooms and lighting all around the park, the small paths were beautiful to walk down

Our neighbours (the room our room was connected with)... the old guy there stared at us as we walked to the pool in our bathers. We felt very uncomfortable after that interaction Also, the tea and coffee should be free in my opinion, I would love to have a cuppa in the morning without having to spend more.

The room was a studio with bed, lounge, dining and kitchen in one space and a separate bathroom. There was an outdoor setting for warm summer nights and the room was a short walk across a garden to the beach - for the "BAYVIEWS"! The property was spotlessly clean and well-equipped and just the right size for one person. I liked that there were several different sized cabins and huge grounds so everyone had 'breathing room'! Great indoor heated pool, tennis courts and heaps of other facilities. Enormous property!

There was no in-room heating. I admit I'm a tropical girl but it was winter and the rom was right on the bay. Other than that the only other thing was the garden person using an annoying leaf blower early in the morning to blow leaves back to where they had been the day before....

It is a really lovely resort. We hope to stay there again. For a quiet winter weekend away, it was just wonderful for the two of us. Next time there is a similarly good special, though, we'd like to take our teenagers. There are two beach volleyball "courts", it's close to a lovely quiet beach, and there's a heated swimming pool.

It's not a big deal, but I didn't realise that the room wouldn't have a microwave. We drove 4 hours after work to get there, and couldn't heat our dinner. We made do with sandwiches so no biggie. The gorgeous spa was more luxurious and so much better than having a microwave, anyway

This is no fuss, clean, neat and tidy accommodation which is represented accurately. The facilities and amenities both in the accommodation and the grounds were amazing for a family getaway. The heated pool was wonderful! Staff were very responsive and accommodating.

We had a problem with the air conditioner in our unit the first night which was very old (my husband and I could not sleep with the noise). We spoke to reception the next morning and they organised our move to a new villa which was much appreciated. The spa did not work in the second Villa. The property is beautifully maintained and very comfortable beds however it is an older resort and so you can expect some maintenance issues.

It’s proximity to the beach, the proliferation of gumtrees and the heated indoor pool

The grounds could’ve been better kept. We were there in early March and you could tell that things have been allowed to get a little dry over the summer. We also felt that describing our two bedroom apartment as having a fully equipped kitchen was misleading given there was no oven. We were also given the incorrect late check-in code which could’ve been disastrous had the late night security guy not been still on site.

Originally booked in for 2 nights, decided to book another 2 nights and extend our stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very big and comfortable. Good size bathroom, fantastic shower, strong water pressure and a lovely spa bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we wanted to extend our stay, sorting out extra amenities. The resort is very clean and close to everything that you would need. Would definitely book again in the future and recommend to friends

Couldn't fault it

We liked the entire grounds and location. The pool looked nice. The gardens were well maintained. Great for Summer entertainment with the Putt Putt, Volley Ball , Boccee etc. Even though there was a King Size bed and comfortable, it was a bit big for the room.

The size of the Resort room, 24 sqm’s , We found it a little small. The power point was not next to the kettle. No facilities to even have a light breakfast ie: cereal and milk. Wasnt even a bowl to use incase we didnt feel like going out for breakfast. The bathroom towel rail kept falling off the wall. It was reported to the reception but we didnt get anyone coming to repair it. The toilet roll holder needs attention. 1 bump on it and the toilet roll would fall off. No Keys for the windows to be opened. The flywire door had a hole in it, needs replacing. We found it difficult to hang our clothing in the wardrobe due to tight access re of the bedside table . The coathangers arent great not being able to remove them to hang your clothing up.

Every aspects beyond our expectations. The kids enjoyed a lot. The TV with netflix and youtube connection using self account. The kitchen is well equiped except without oven and scissors but it meets our need for simple dishes. The cleanliness is awesome and the space is huge. The environment is lovely and we can rent tennis equipments to play onsite. There is the indoor heater pool and walking distance to the beaches. Wish we will be back soon.

without oven and no scissors in the kitchen. other than that everything is fantastic and will be back next time.
