the whole accommodation was fantastic, our expectations were met.....and more. wow what a great place. reasonably priced but it was very well priced and well worth the money.....very clean, very modern, very exceptional....we were very please. we had a mishap with a misplaced key.....a phone call to the building manager and the problem was easily and very quickly fixed..... in a word....awesome couldnt have chosen a better place. we will definitely be back. (the review asked us about WIFI and walking around the area..............we didnt use the WIFI (we had our own) and i am a disabled person, this place was perfect, but we didnt go walking around the area)

Good location near the beach, marina, shops, ferry, 13 min drive to central Hobart. Comfortable apartment for the 4 of us. Clean and well maintained. Lovely view. Offsite parking with power in the parking area for electric vehicle. Elevator Secure access. Hosts were very responsive when we couldn't get a window to open and our key stopped working. Tv with Chromecast worked perfectly well so we could watch our own streaming services.

The noise from the compressors at the back of dan Murphys next door were extremely loud. We couldn't have the balcony door open. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to sit on the balcony. The carpark downstairs has a lot of poles and the parks are very narrow. Hard to navigate when it's crowded.

thought we were getting a view but there was a courtyard at back closed off all we saw was concrete walls. the other view was of the road .apt 3.also no one to greet us and i had no coverage on my phone to get key code .got no message for key code my son had to google phone number on his australian phone .was easy once we made contact but there has to be an easier way to get key .

Check in and out was super easy. Communication before and during stay was exceptional. Clear instructions to check in and how to use facilities. They checked in on us via message to see if anything else was needed. Everything has been thought of and we did not need anything extra. Even extra towels were already provided! The apartment was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Close to Hobart city without being in the thick of busy city life. Just a quick car trip away. Being close to the wharf was handy as there are plenty of places to eat with excellent coffee.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff had great communication, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing all the amenities I could possibly need. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which made for a relaxing getaway. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would definitely return for another stay! Five stars all the way!

Knowing we booked accommodation with stairs and having a busy toddler was a bit silly of me, but maybe having a retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs would be good. But definitely no big deal!

We stayed in Apartment 7 for a few days. No complaints – the apartment was easily accessible by lift, a short drive from the airport and Hobart CBD, and a short walk from the Bellerive waterfront, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, etc. Can't find fault with the apartment. The rooms, linens, towels, floors, cupboards, etc, were all super clean and the place smelled fresh when we arrived. Emily the host was easy to communicate with and helpful. Loved the spacious balcony with patio furniture and a view of Mt Wellington.

The beds in the rooms were comfortable, but the sofa bed, not so much (although the sofa itself was comfortable to sit on). And a couple of cooking utensils had not been washed properly (there was dried food stuck on it from the previous guests' cooking), but it wasn't a big deal, we just rewashed them.

Everything went very well. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Very clean apartment with super comfy beds and pillows. Easy access to the upper floor apartments from the ground entrance via an elevator. Awesome view of Mt Wellington from the balcony. Supermarket was a few hundred metres up the road to pick up essentials. A very short walk down the road to Victoria Esplanade along the water front with an even better view of Mt Wellington. Eateries nearby. Chemist nearby. Easy to locate and access. Only 15 mins from Hobart Airport. Easy access into Hobart and surrounds.

The parking spaces underneath the apartments are extremely small and narrow, suitable only for very small cars (maybe this should be mentioned in the advertising). It made it quite difficult to get in and out of the vehicle. There was no tea towel or hand towel in the kitchen for drying dishes or hands. The tail rail in the lovely large bathroom is located a long way away from the shower, so you had a cold, wet, slippery run over to get your towel afterwards. Also there are no hooks for hanging your clothes in the bathroom (for when you get dressed out of the shower), so you need to put them on the toilet or on the floor. Hooks just outside the shower would have been helpful for both towels and clothes.

We loved everything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was good and getting the key was easy. The location is amazing. Close to shops, restaurants and easy access to public transport. Beautiful place to go for a long walk even on a cold day. Communication with our Hosts was easy and they were very quick and reliable to answer and fix any issues.

Nothing to dislike

Lovely apartment,very clean and quaint. The beds are comfortable,as was the lounge suit. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare your meals. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider staying again. Emily was very efficient in answering any questions,and she was very helpful in offering us a late checkout, at short notice! Thankyou ❤️

The under cover Carpark!! Lol.. I think I speak for all the marks on the pillars left by previous visitors! 😄 One other thing? Maybe a few rugs in the living space to give it that homely feel. That would be a nice touch,but no biggy.

Seamlessly easy checkin and checkout. Has washer and dryer which makes for easy light travel to Hobart. Fully equipped kitchen and overall spacious place. spacious balcony with great view. Can see Mt. Wellington. in a quiet neighborhood so no noise at all and next to grocery store and liquor store which is massive plus. The bed heater in winter is awesome.
