The management team was very helpful. I had booked two rooms for family members who arrived on different days, two distinct categories, one room for 4 nights and another for two nights. As rooms were located on two different floors, I requested nearby rooms, and they upgraded us to a nearby family room. This was excellent courtesy. The rooms are set up with the traveller's comfort in mind. They have tea/coffee and ironing in the room. Beds were comfortable. Both reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, we enjoyed our stay.

We wish the bathroom were slightly bigger. It is an old building, but nice.

Nice hotel, basic to stay a few days. Spacious room and good bathroom. Very near central station. A good option to pay less than in central Zurich, in 10 minutes you are there.

Breakfast was very poor. We arrive half an hour before closing and there was nothing to eat, no bread, no croissants, and all trays empty. We ask about the poorness and the assistant told they forget doing the shop, no convincent explanation. To give that is preferible to not offer the breakfast service.

The hotel manager Christian, was really warm, courteous and jovial. He gave me all the information i needed and i had a wonderful checkin experience. The room was spacious and well maintained. It was definetly value for money. It was just 5 mins walking distance from the station which makes it a perfect stopover during travels.

The breakfast options could be better. The staff in the kitchen looked very irritated when I aksed them a question about the buffet breakfast. The housekeeping during stay could be better.

Staff absolutely brilliant! Very nice, helpful, always with a smile. We were late one day and missed breakfast, and when we got to the hotel there were 2 takeaway breakfast bags for us! Great, very clean, tidy...the restaurant 70/30 also very good

No air conditioning in the rooms...and it's been very hot, a fan instead...not bad...for a couple of nights difficult to sleep. Apart from that, everything has been just fine!

The room is spacious enough and clean. Easy check in. Instructions are well given. It is one of the cheapest hotel in Zurich. Near to establishments like Supermarkets, restaurant and the best of all just 3mins walk from the Train station. But its near the road so the noise from the cars is almost non stop but I am not bothered by it

Internet in the restaurant could have been improved.

It's a nice hotel, not far from the train station (4-5 minutes' walk). It has a restaurant downstairs, 70/30, which was open until 8:30 PM. An English breakfast is also served at the same place. Room access is through codes; there are no keys. The reception and restaurant staff spoke English and were very nice to us.

Bathrooms are small.

This was my 3rd time, and as always, I appreciate the excellent location, clean rooms, very good breakfast, and of course the very helpful staff.

The electronic pin nummer door locks are tricky if your glasses are in the room and you're not. Online confirmation can take time.

The staff was kind, facilities were okay and location was great Highly recommended!

There was a slight leak on the shower head, but I admit I only informed staff Bout it when leaving, so I'm guessing they would have fixed it had I wanted to.

The location was very good for us. Near the station, downtown and price was very suitable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are helpfull and freindly. Many thanks for all.

Good value, good location close to the station

The breakfast was very varied some days the choice wasn’t there where as on others it was great, but for the price I think it was still great and staff were really friendly and helpful
