It was clean fresh and had a lovely atmosphere. The receptionist was amazing. Apologies as I’ve forgotten your name our trip was 11th July for 1 night. She helped me with the car 🚗 parking 🅿️ and went above and beyond to the point of coming to wave 👋 goodbye on our decent. She made us feel so welcome and was so accommodating and informative.

I’ve stayed in hotels that are more central and preferred their location

2nd stay all just the same very good

staff great room lovely love the sofas in the bar lounge this is our 3rd stay

dinner was not good cold and no taste at all as was breakfast same would not book dinner again also there was no vodka for sale in the bar it was my wife's birthday and she likes a vodka and coke disappointed

Perfect location to the old town of Benidorm, 10 minutes walk away. Such helpful staff on checkin nothing was to much to ask. Selection of food was fab had a different theme each day. Rooms were fab and a great lay out. The added extras of tooth brush, tooth paste, Coombes and other pieces was a great touch. Thank you for a great stay at hotel Cuco, deffo booking this hotel again.

Only down side was not enough sun beds at the solarium. no iron or ironing board in the room. Which didn’t bother us for just three nights.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Hotel was really clean and the air con worked fine making the rooms more than comfortable to get some sleep night or day.

The fact there was no fridge in the room which I did find quite shocking for somewhere in a location like this where it is hot most of the time.

Breakfast was good though it seemed that restaurant staff were quite keen to move you on once 10 o'clock came. Room decor was modern and functional General facilities around the hotel were good

Our view out of the window was not very appealing as overlooked a central area where obviously the vents from the kitchen were.

Food was good overall. Plenty choice at breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Only 10 minutes stroll from poniente beach, bars and restaurants

Only thing letting hotel down is swimming pool area. Hard mattress.

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Rooms were really clean and well thought out. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!

Could have had a bit more space for items in the bathroom. The third bed in one of the rooms was just springs on the bed, so uncomfortable. The other two were brilliant. The lights on the bedside tables made not much space for anything else.

beautiful hotel staff lovley check in staff went out of there way only downfall bathroom needs maybe a shelf for your toiletry but apart from that it was great food spot on on all staff lovley thanks for a lovely stay would definitely stay again
