This place is heaven on earth, you go out of your room and you find a beautiful garden you can take a stroll in. The trees, plants and flowers found in the garden are unique and deserve appreciation. The staff are very friendly and the room we took was spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant served delicious foods, we had dinner 3 times there and every time it was good. This place is a great value for money, your money is very well spent for what you receive.

The one thing that I would've like different, not necessarily not like, was that for breakfast they have limited selection. The amount you can order is limited to 1 plate per person, otherwise you are charged for it as normal. It would've been better if it was buffet breakfast or an unlimited order amount ala carte.

The rooms and staff were great very clean. Pool and garden were lovely.

We did not like breakfast (not to our liking ) Staff did a lot of standing around and chatting with each other when they could at least come to table to pour tea or coffee and to charge extra for extra toast is a bit much. Spa needs a total renovation and a good clean very disappointing.

Our stay at Sri Ratih exceeded all our expectations. The surroundings were incredibly peaceful and quiet – an ideal place for rest and relaxation. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, always responding to our needs immediately, whether we needed advice or assistance. Even though we arrived early in the morning, we were warmly welcomed. The air conditioning had been turned on in advance, and mosquito repellent was prepared in the room at our request. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was tastefully designed. We appreciated the daily cleaning and the fresh water provided each morning. The à la carte breakfast, complemented by a fresh fruit bowl, was generous and delicious. The dinner was also excellent every night – we can truly recommend the food. We loved the beautiful, lush tropical garden, the relaxing pool, and the attention to detail that made our stay feel like a piece of paradise. Every evening, we received a sweet bedtime story, which was such a unique and thoughtful touch. There’s also a small convenience store right across from the entrance, which came in handy. The reception team was always ready to help – whether we needed a ride or tips on local attractions, their support was outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend Sri Ratih to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and beautiful place to stay in Bali!

The staff was incredible - they offer a lot of services (baby sitting, luggage transfer, laundry, taxi). The rooms was big and clean. Great location, very close to the center and close to a lot of Yoga Studios. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and you have a lot of choices. The SPA was great too, I had one of the best massage in Bali there <3.

Bad smell in the penthouse bathroom - I hope they fixed it. But this is the only negative thing I can say..

Well, where do I start? Our first time in Bali and our first stop here. Myself and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and booked the superior room with breakfast which was very clean and comfortable for a great price. The location was amazing, a short walk into the centre but tucked away in a tranquil corner with ample parking and great restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices. Plenty of restaurants and bars very close by. We rented a bike to explore the local area and also rode to Ulun Danu Beratan one day. We did the rafting and ATV on another day which was amazing (all can be booked through reception). The staff are exceptional and couldn’t help us enough! The free massage was a nice touch which we used on our final morning. Pool area is a small peaceful paradise. They even booked our onward travel to Gili T. Can’t recommend enough!

Nothing. only very minor thing for us - no mirror in the main room, only in bathroom.

We really loved our stay at Sri Ratih. It was like a little piece of paradise! We enjoyed the stunning tropical garden, the staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly, and the food was super tasty. We also had some great treatments at the hotel spa. The location is really good too: close enough to walk to Ubud town centre but far enough that you don't need to worry about the noise or the crowds. Occasionally we heard motorbikes from the road but we only realised after a week because with the birds singing in the garden you don't really notice. There is a mini market just across the street and some little boutiques around selling clothes. The only con was a slight miscommunication about cleaning our bathtub after we had a flower bath in our room but that was just a minor detail. Overall, staying there was a fantastic experience and we hope to be back!

Really loved this accomodation. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was beautiful and a really nice setting in front of the koi pond and waterfall was a favourite place for us to sit. The menu in general was very very good. I came here with my mum to celebrate her 88th birthday. I requested petals on the bed and decorations on our arrival. They made it look so beautiful and had balloons in the room as well. Mum was on the verge of tears. We used a driver for our stay organised by them, his name was Made, and he was absolutely wonderful. A bit more on the expensive side in Ubud for drivers but he was well worth it. The room was beautifully clean and the bathroom was beautiful. The gardens are immaculate. Really loved our stay here. The steepness of everywhere in Ubud was a challenge for mum, but we still really loved our time there.

The beds were a little hard.

Loved the breakfast area and the rooms were beautifully appointed with quality fittings and gorgeous bathroom. The hotel felt intimate and welcoming.

The advertised afternoon tea was a disappointment. stale sandwiches and mediocre tea and coffee. We have had incredible afternoon teas elsewhere. It's a nice touch to offer but could be far more appealing. The tea was too weak and when I mentioned they just smiled. It would have been easy to bring some extra teabags or a pot to our table. I would have been happy to pay. This sounds like nitpicking. Overall the hotel was really lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were absolutely lovely, we had 2 suite rooms next door to each other on the lower level. We loved our room and its design! Ample toiletry supplies daily in each room and they even had an ice tray in the freezer which was a bonus! The staff were very attentive, polite and lovely. Very kind and helpful! Great resturant.. service, food and cocktails were all good! Would have been nice if rooms interconnected, was not an issue though as the kids enjoyed having 'their own place'. Mosquito nets over the beds could be a nice idea. There were Mosquitos about so I sprayed our rooms each evening before going out for dinner. Would love to come back! Thank you Sri Ratih for a beautiful 3 night stay!

Not that we minded but the location is a good 15 minute walk outside of the centre of ubud. If you are nervous walking with heavy traffic and no proper pavements best to get a taxi. Or stay closer to the centre.
