The room was absolutely beautiful with great views of the sea, my girlfriend was thrilled with the copper bath. the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable and we both had the best nights sleep. Eveything was in walking distance to where we were stopping and the staff were so lovely and helpful. They even put up a birthday banner and left us a card and bottle of prosecco which was a very lovely gesture. In the evening the goats would roam the streets and help themselves to peoples gardens which we enjoyed watching.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I travelled with my autistic client I support staff had alot of time for him chatting and listening which he really enjoyed they also catered to his eating requirements as he only eats sausage for breakfast we will definitely be staying again next year for the snooker

Fantastic beautiful B&B. Quiet area and not so far from the pier and town. Staff were amazing. Especially Grace who greeted us on arrival and departure. She was very hard working. Id seen this property and it looked great for my partners birthday. The owners even put in a cake card, banner and chocolates for the special occasion. The property was beautiful and had character. Breakfast was exceptional both mornings and very tasty. Our room was amazing with a copper bath, comfy bed and beautiful view. I liked that you could personally phone/text a member of staff for anything from your room. Our room was so warm when we arrived. That we asked for a fan, which they provide on request. I liked that the front lobby had a water station to get water from/fill your bottle, and that they provided fire tv sticks if the streaming devices on the telly weren’t working. There was an information book in the room which was very detailed in providing, restaurants, shops, local attractions. Which I thought was great. Everything was great about this stay. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff, especially Grace were attentive and hospitable with everything. I like that the B&B is family run and it felt like we knew them. Me and my partner will definitely be back to stay again and to try out all the other differently decorated rooms. Thank you for making our stay amazing 😊

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The only thing I suggest Is a fridge in the room. I always like to put drinks/snacks in a fridge to keep them cool. Especially with it being a warm weekend we were away.

Customer service exceptional. This isn't a hotel, there's no bar or reception. Its a beautiful B&B. Rooms tastefully decorated. Lovely little touches. Comfy beds and no feather pillow which for me is great! Breakfast was superb, best Ive had in my travels and the breakfast staff were brilliant. We were a noisy bunch and they had a great laugh with us. Can't fault them at all. We also met the owner who again was fabulous and you can see how much the place means to him.

We stayed in a heatwave, rooms extremely hot. A fan would have been useful. No shower in our room but we let our friends have the rooms with walk in showers. It was a long walk up to the top floor after a few drinks 🤣 other than that spectacular

The property is absolutely beautiful - inside & out. The location is just a short walk outside the shop/town bit but means it’s outside of the busy area so it’s nice & peaceful. We parked on site which was very handy. We were greeted by Grace on entrance who gave us such a genuine warm welcome & helped us with our bags. She was extremely accommodating & helpful! Our room was gorgeous & smelt amazing the whole time we were there! Everything was clean & perfect! Grace even organised a ‘happy birthday’ banner for my mom as I mentioned we were celebrating before we arrived & we kindly got a card & some chocolates too. It was just beyond what we ever expected & was just the perfect place to stay! Breakfast was also exceptional, all staff were so friendly :) The owner was also very very friendly & chatted to us a couple of times when we saw him! Even helped us carry our bags outside! This really is an asset to Llandudno & we’ll definitely be back in the future!! :)

The loft might not be a good room for light sleepers, because you heard the seaguls a lot, also at night. But I think this is due to the area you are staying (a beach resort).

This friendly, well-run B&B is in a lovely, quiet location just a few minutes walk from the waterfront promenade, but we used it as a convenient base from which to visit the northern sites and castles, which were all within an easy drive. There is ample parking, both in the Boutique's lot and on the street. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and delicious, with all the options from full English to fruit and yogurt, or just coffee/tea & toast. Our room was at the back of the house looking toward the hillside, and filled with the sound of birdsong. The decor is cheery, everything is clean and fresh, and all the amenities you would expect are provided. Grace was just wonderful in answering questions and providing a personalized experience, and they also have a gracious staff helping out with the breakfast service, while her father manages the kitchen.

Only a small warning for those whose mobility isn't solid: our room had a loft bedroom with a steep-ish stairway, and the bed elevated on a platform up two more steps. This could be somewhat difficult, especially for older guests. If many stairs present an issue, best to relay that information to Grace at the time of booking.

Lovely location, stunning views, beautiful house with some historic photos/information of it in Victorian times. Beautiful interior, grand staircase, fireplaces and stained glass. The room was very comfortable, slept soundly on the soft bed. Room facilities were good, bathroom and shower excellent. Off-road parking was a nice bonus. Staff/Owner were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The mini bar and snack cupboard was an excellent idea.

My only minor niggle was the "in room" beverage tray, the biscuits are always welcome but with it being a Boutique B&B I had expected better offerings than cheap cash and carry coffee, sugar and UHT milk. The coffee and tea at breakfast were great, please consider putting a small fridge in the room, supply a pint of fresh milk and up the standard of of the beverage items. Everything else was fantastic.

This property is beautifully preserved and presented set on a quiet leafy road with amazing views up To the Orme within a 5 minute walk to the Tram and onward to the bustling town centre. The common areas are immaculate and welcoming and the rooms all have an individual character out room was no exception. The hosts are knowledgeable and welcoming and we felt like our custom was really valued also breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and prepared and presented with care top quality ingredients made for enjoyable eating

Grace is a fantastic host, such a welcoming & friendly person, made us feel instantly at home. Our room (room no 1) was comfortable with plenty of good quality toiletries and a good selection of beverages. The breakfast was top notch - everything 100% perfect, fantastic 😊

Looking at the selection of rooms available I think room one is probably the least luxurious. The room felt cold from our time of arrival even after the central heating was on. Grace did provide us with an additional heater which was welcomed. My shower was warm, did try to get a hot shower but it didn't happen, my partner did have a hot shower - must have been my mistake.
