The pool… clean and cool. The location is excellent; the hotel itself is so beautiful. My room was huge with a lovely balcony. Maria on reception and most of the other staff were really lovely.

The bed was very hard. Such a shame. A more comfortable bed would’ve made the room perfect. One of the younger bar staff ( a young girl, maybe she was hormonal???) was grumpy and fairly unhelpful. The breakfast was ok but not spectacular. Only served lunch from 2pm which was strange . ( I went out)

Beautiful aparthotel right in the centre of Symi port area. Up a quiet, rather uneven road, but really close to all restaurants and bars. Beautiful pool area which was very quiet in October. Breakfast was good. Room was small but had everything we needed. Nice patio area we sat out on in the evening.

Symi itself, whilst unspoilt, is not great if you have mobility issues. Streets and pavements are uneven and narrow. The breakfast room is down a steep flight of stairs and would prove difficult if you have mobility issues. Beach nearest the town was washed away shingle and although the water is clear blue and lovely, lying on concrete wasn't the best as there were no sunbeds in October. The hotel itself was beautiful and I'd definitely visit it again.

The room was clean and very sweet, the staff were really helpful and accommodating. The location was great and the pool was nice to have available.

The breakfast wasn't really suitable for me, apart from the fruit. Of which there was a good choice. Better coffee and diary free options for milk would have been appreciated.

Beautiful hotel so close to the port ! The hotel grounds are immaculate, the room was huge with lovely views of the gardens and hillside from the balcony. The free shuttle from the ferry is really good ! Great breakfast too. Loved our stay here and just sorry I didn't have another night !!

Lovely little hotel , in a very central location in the village . Nice big traditional room very clean and with a nice terrace and garden view .l love the little pool - it was so welcome in the very hot weather! Nice staff !

I like everything - I have stayed previously and it would be my choice in future.

Lovely breakfast (there was something for everyone) and it was available until 10:30- always a bonus. Only about 200m from the harbour and ferry port but they will pick you up for free if you let them know when your ferry arrives. It has a pool which is a rarity on this island as there is very little flat land! The staff were friendly and helpful. The villas are traditional in design with lots of character, each separated from the others by beautiful gardens which provide shade and privacy.

In general, the place was perfect! Great atmosphere, excellent, efficient, and courteous staff, a pool that the kids really enjoyed, and spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, though designed in a somewhat outdated style. Overall, it was excellent, and we will definitely return to the hotel again!

The staff were very helpful and the hotel is like a paradise, tranquil and peaceful with a pool. The hotel is centrally located, short walk to the harbour, tavernas, bars and shops. Anyone visiting SYMI should definitely consider staying at the hotel as it’s away from all the noise and crowds.

The location is really good - beside the harbour but away from nightime noise. Staff were very helpful and the hotel grounds are lovely. The free hotel transport from the hotel to the ferry for our departure was unexpected and very welcome.

Bedroom pillows were unsatisfactory but manageable. Breakfast is self service which is no problem but you have to carry your meal up stairs from the underground buffet area to a very pleasant open air courtyard area

Breakfast was fabulous, the landscaping was beautiful and the staff just so caring. I loved that the pool was shady. Staff came to pick us up from our ferry. Will definitely return.

Would have preferred the pool to be open later in the evening, maybe to adults only? Would have been nice to have a late evening swim as it was very hot, but understand because of noise etc.
