Budget hotel, very quiet, good location. In room tea, coffee and sugar in decent quantities. Good size room.

The hotel was clean, and on arrival they gave you a car permit to park on the road as they do not have a car park.room where spacesh ,Paid extra for food breakfast and evening meals.They where we'll balanced and could not fault any of it.quite queit area not much noise to say. Had entertainment for a couple of nights also, which was quite good.near the beach and local shop in walking distance. Staff were excellent. Overall, it was a good time we had by my family

Not much think just parking situation, as it on street needed to park closer to the hotel

Room was as explained, a bed each with a bathroom and drink facilities. Could be noisy from the people outside but nothing severe. Location was very good to the local attractions and the price we paid in advance between 3 people was very cheap

The beds were not the comfiest I've had but again for the price paid, this isn't a major complaint. Check in time is quite late which is fine but a dedicated bag drop would be recommended (we were told to leave our bags out the front where CCTV could see them)

Ideal location walking distance of the town near the britainna pier staff helpful and friendly got free parking permit just outside the hotel which is a bonus room was lovely , comfortable bed and cleaned every day .hotel clean from reception bar and dinning area

The only thing was the shower it was in the bath and no handrail to help get in and water was hard to control it went from really cold to boiling hot in seconds

THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC, JUST A STROLL TO THE SEA FRONT, THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN NEXT YEAR, I will be travelling by myself again, no problem with the hotel and staff

Nothing, couldn't ask for a better hotel, the LOCATION, the staff, the atmosphere of the hotel, all good, even to the fact that I was an hour early, I was asked politely to take a seat in the lounge, with the air con on as it was very hot .

This is a stunning hotel without doubt. Everything about is says comfort, style, elegance and a real gem. The rooms are fantastic! “Rainfall shower,” wall-mounted fans, LG TV, clean, tidy, TV/coffee facilities, en suite clean and tidy, plentiful supplies of towels, toilet rolls etc., extremely comfortable beds and is in the centre of town and all that GY has to offer!

There’s no breakfast facility but that’s not a major problem as there are plenty cafes and restaurants close by.

I didn’t have breakfast on site as I went out each day. It was central to the main shopping areas and all the facilities. I’ll definitely stay there again, as the room, beds, TV, coffee/TV making facilities, the en suite was top class. The manager, Amman, was very friendly and welcoming and had a great sleep. This is a hotel that’s clearly cared for and would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay at a quality hotel for budget prices.

The antisocial behaviour in the area and the presence of individuals who drink alcohol and smoke illicit tobacco and are sometimes are abusive and threatening.

Clean and functional, nice bed and breakfast. Good housekeeping and breakfasts were nice (had to ask for vegetarian, but provided for). Clean and recently modernised hotel. Large OAP coach trips seem to be this hotels main income, which is fine. The breakfast room was large enough to accommodate large numbers of people (albeit a bit stuffy as no air con and no open windows). Staff are helpful, polite, and welcoming. All lights in room working and in ensuite bathroom (in some hotels, this is often overlooked, but not in this one). The hotel has a very old lift, but it is functional and useful for people with mobility needs. Someone on reception until 11pm and night porter on duty, so access anytime day or night.

In the hot weather the rooms were very hot and stuffy. Windows open wide, but no fans in the room (which would have been welcome, rather than a hairdryer or clock radio!). Showers were functional but fixed to the top, so they could not detach. Sink was tiny and very awkward to use to shave. But these are just minor things as overall the hotel is very good and we would happily stay here again.

Perfect location

On arrival I had asked if it was ok to check-in at 2:30,the member of staff repeatedly said not until 3pm. Despite being able to see my receipt at the top of the pile. Eventually he agreed. I've worked in the hotel industry and I know there's no problem checking in at that time if rooms are ready. Also why is Photo ID required?

Very polite staff bar lady was great, main man boss with glasses very polite humble. great breakfast. Expected to serve myself at a buffet but bonus of staff doing it like carvery style. although we was right in the centre tucked into a side road of all the fun, it’s very quiet great price for bank holiday. It served its purpose to be able to sleep ☺️

Decor and shower cubicle. needs updating and neatening in bedroom, tv small but i understand there wasn’t anywhere to but a larger one and still be able to view while in bed because of the room shape. Another guest has been smoking could smell. The issue was dealt with.
