The staff are accommodating and speak English well. Also, the bedsheets are nice and clean. The bathroom is also nice and clean, with ample shower size and a hot and cold function for the sink and shower. The room service always provides replenished supplies (water, fresh towels). It's near food and supermarket establishments. it's also easy to call a taxi. the property is around 10 minutes away from Hong Kong Central Station and is easy to find. the taxi fare will cost you around 35-50 hkd. they let us in for early check-in, 2 hours prior to the check-in time. We travelled with our baby and she had a great sleep as well! Upon check-out, They let our bags stay in the lobby for 4 hours and let us use the lounge while waiting for our evening flight. the free breakfast consisting of assortment of breads, juice, and coffee is okay. They said the breakfast is only til 10 am but we observed that as long as guests are coming in, they extend the breakfast time. the latest they've served is until 10:45 a.m :) Overall, it was a great stay! :)

Not much since we enjoyed our stay and we also understood that since this is a business hotel, amenities for kids/babies like a baby tub are unavailable. we just brought our own inflatable bath chair. But that is not a problem for us. :) There was one occasion during our stay when the room service cleaned the room while we were sleeping which was around 3 p.m. and she did not leave even if she saw us sleeping, and still continued to clean the room. We woke up and told her that she can continue cleaning :))

Considerably wide room for Hong Kong standard, so it is really nice. It's clean and well maintained. Location wise is good as it is just short walk to Sheung Wan MTR station which is just one stop away from Central station. And it is also walking distance to ferry terminal to Macau.

Need to climb up stairs to reach inside the hotel as the lift is not usable. So need to carry your luggages and wheel chairs up the stairs - although it is not many stairs but still, I'm sure majority who stays would have luggages to carry.

The room was more spacious than anticipated with a couch in the room and ample space for luggage. The bathroom was also very clean with lots of bench space. Fairly convenient location near public transport and many food options. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Hong Kong. Be aware there is a branch of iClub hotels around the corner (which we mistakenly went to initially when trying to check in).

The reception area was very small and cramped, particularly when everyone leaves their luggage there prior to checking in. There are also 2 small lifts which can get quite crowded and busy with other guests , particularly when coming up from ground level.

Good location, short walking distance ~3mins from Sheung Wan station. There were good food places all around, which was very convenient. Beverages like coffee and tea were provided on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was included in the stay but it was rather simple. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and nice.

The space is quite small so it might be too squeezy for four. The shower door couldn't be fully closed. The bathroom door has a gap on the top and bottom and smells from the bathroom can escape into the sleeping area.

Location is a 5 min walk from Sheung Wan MTR. If you have a lot of luggage, it may be better to just get a taxi from HK Airport Express Station (one stop away from Sheung Wan MTR) which should be costing you less than HKD50. Once all that is settled, the location of the hotel is super convenient with a very nice combination of local vibes and fusion influence.

As a family travelling with young kids and toddlers, some areas in the room can seem quite hazardous e.g. the side bar of the toilet and some sharp corners. But as parents, these are easy for us to pick out and we just take note that we have to be more careful around it. Having said all that, the kids LOVE the room.

Breakfast was good even hotel only served 3 - 4 types of bread and jams. Hot and cold drinks was great, especially their coffee. Good neighborhood, 5 mins walk to ferry terminal and Wing Lok MTR Station. Nearby Tram station if you like to experience the open air ride instead of MTR. One can't use the Ferry Terminal if you have luggages. I saw some reviews about the smelly goods from the stores, fine with me, ate most of those in Chinese restaurants and use some medicinal herbs back home. Though I didn't buy. The Sheung Wan Market is just a minute walk from the hotel where you can buy fruits. Taxi cost around H$20+ from hotel to HK station + luggage fee/ pc.

Stayed at iResidence Elite as a fam w/ childredn. Bed was hard, its spring type but was compensated by the pillows which were soft and med. soft that balance head when side sleep or back sleeper. Coffee mugs were not clean as well in the biggest room. There were tea or coffee stain inside the mug that I have to clean by myself. Carpet at entry way was too dusty. Requested the housekeeping the next day but still dusty. Floor in the rooms not that clean. Curtains need vacuuming. Need improvement in cleanliness of room, (entry way carpet was dusty). Outdoor lift should be allowed for use by guest with big heavy luggages rather than lifting it how many steps from the entrance.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very large, all facilities were there. Nice view from my room, comfortable bed and good shower. Check in, even at 4AM, was a breeze. I love the basic breakfast, just as sandwich with coffee; more you don’t need. There is a gym but didn’t use it. Elevator is fast.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, despite our less-than-ideal arrival time. Every time we had questions or needed something they were polite and prompt in their service. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. We found the size to fit our needs quite well as a group of four! The beds, pillows, and linens made sleep easy and refreshing. The neighborhood is well connected to public transport, but also offers so much within walking distance. With the ocean, parks, cafes, restaurants, and shopping all nearby we really enjoyed exploring the area!

The stay really was excellent- we did find the curtains didn't quite black out the room, but this was not an issue any time other than the mornings, and we were able to find a way to situate it so the room was comfortable as we slept.
