The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as pictured. We had a king suite with a pull out sofa. It had plenty of space and lighting. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The AC unit worked wonderfully. The pool was small but it was indoors and clean. The shower/bathroom was clean and updated. The fridge worked great too. The staff were friendly. Check-in was fast and convenient. Parking was plentiful. Elevators worked quickly and safely.

The only complaint I have is that our door to our room didn't feel safe. It appeared to have some damage from a previous tenant or staff who tried to enter the room. The lock feature seemed secure but I felt uneasy about the weaker part of the frame. We ended up stacking our luggage and belongings in front of the door to feel more secure for the night.

Good room setup! And excellent service from the staff, front desk and breakfast.

TV remotes/TV's didn't work well, which made things difficult with our two young kids. The staff were excellent at trying to help us solve the problem, but those need to be fixed.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were very good. Nice selection of food and a pleasant surprise. The room and amenities in the room were nice. Convenient to restaurants and nice landscaping. Safe environment.

No streaming of Netflicks or other "free" streaming channels was available in the room. The Gym had NO cable or streaming capabilities. I like to watch the news or other channels while exercising, but not an option. The front desk was unaware and offered no solution.

The room was beautiful and the bed was everything my wife and I needed after driving for 10 hours. The pool was small but heated. No hot tub but there was a nice work out room.

Could have had a hot tub. The pool should be open later than 11 for adults.

Breakfast is served too late. 7 on weekends 6:30 weekdays. Should start at 6 any day. We couldn't wait til 7. Heading back to michigan. Saw others leave early to.

For the most part it was great. The pricing was a bit steep for that particular area of my travels. This was the most expensive stop of the ones I made. I inquired about AAA and government rate and was denied a discount.

Bathroom could have used some updating. Breakfast was disappointing, out of coffee and just wasn’t stocked very well.

Mo greeted me with a smile and my name. She made me feel welcomed and the hospitality was great. The decor was very elegant for Christmas.
