The front desk staff last night was friendly and accommodating. I like that he used text messages to check if our room was on par with our expectations. Parking was convenient underground. The pool and hot tub were clean. It's also nice that there's a fast check-out using the link that they sent on the morning of check-out day. It's also convenient that there's a key drop-off at the parking.

I didn't like how there was a random person who could access the staircase in the afternoon and night. The person kept putting flyers under the door. I know it's just flyers, but it's weird how a random person who is not a guest nor a staff can access the stairwell to guest's suites.

We loved that every room had a kitchen. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The free laundry was amazing we stayed for 4 nights it was nice to take home clean laundry.

The pool was cold my whole stay. I get they drain the water and add more as the the hotels share a pool. But it makes it unpleasant to swim in cold. The pool room badly needs something to dampen the sound. You get a few kids in there and it’s so loud it hurts your ears.

Comfortable spacious room, nice staff, let me check in early, was a nice suite, could text or call with any requests, free laundry, beverage machine, nice underground parking or above ground. Don’t clean your room unless asked to.

Only thing is I had trouble communicating to the cleaning staff as she did not speak any English, so best to just deal with front end staff.

Extremely welcoming Staff were just awesome. I was happy to take our fur baby, Mylo The staff were very efficient and greater us each morning.

For the life of me....I must have circled all of Edmonton FIVE TIMES..I could not find the hotel..I called the hotel, at this time, got directions....still lost.now I'm almost in tears. Then I remember The gal at the hotel desk mentioned Walmart. So I drive to the back of Walmart and what do I see. (CANDLEWOOD SUITES) YES!

Great hotel- this was our second stay and it's become our go to hotel to stay at in Edmonton. We love the full kitchenettes we love having the option of cooking our own breakfast, free laundry(they provide laundry baskets too in the rooms) and amenities available. Underground parking is a treat too! Staff has always been friendly enough. Love that they provide the option of texting to communicate during your stay as well as skipping checking out you can do it on your phone and leave your key on your way out. A great find!! Still haven't tried out the pool or games room but they look okay, they're located in the other hotel half.

They don't do housekeeping services unless you're staying long term, not a big deal but if you run out of things sometimes it's a hassle trying to get extra items. The freezers make their own ice! It takes forever though...it would be helpful if they mentioned that during check ins if people want ice. Trying to set the room to a nice temperature is tricky it doesn't seem to work well. Both times despite cranking the settings we were freezing at night and too hot during the day.

Staff were excellent - went out of their way to ensure my stay was a good one. Special mention to Mohammed at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Large desk to work at with good light. Bonus surprise was the free coffee and the 24/7 access to a small shop for snacks and essential items.

A very minor complaint: Kitchenette is great except only 2 spoons, 2 forks. For breakfast, lunch and dinner that seemed a bit skimpy. Underground parking is a bit dark for a woman traveling alone but there is also above ground parking.

Property offers breakfast in adjacent hotel with additional charges. It is connected to the property. Hotel is at walkable distance from Walmart and bulkbarn. Few minutes drive to West Edmonton mall.

Everything! The room was clean and fully equipped for our stay, the hotel offered all the necessary facilities (like laundry and etc) and there was also a nice pool+gym. Location is great (close to Edmonton mall and VERY close to a shopping center where you can find anything you need). On top of all that-the staff was amazing, especially Judy! loved every minute, definitely would recommend!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Underground parking, with no cost, and a welcome surprise as it was -25 that night. Our suite was large, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Beds were large queens and very comfortable. The kitchenette was large and had every comfort imaginable. Bathroom was large, bright and spacious. I have stayed in this hotel twice and will definitely return.

The comforter had lip stick on it from the previous guest. However, I did not call front desk. The pool/hot tub was closed in the am, but that was due to cleaning up an accident (not the hotels fault).

Amazing location and close to shopping area. 6 minutes drive to West Edmonton mall. The staff was friendly

I didn't like the fact that, they charge me for 2 days and in addition to that they started charging daily on my credit card plus the security deposit. I spoke to lady at the front and she said they would returned the money back. And they did returned it. I don't know why they did that. It took 5 days to clear out from my card.
