Location is very close to several places to eat and a short distance from downtown. There are restaurants on the property as well. We had a view of beautiful pine trees right outside our window which our kids went out and played in/ran through behind the property. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location and will be back again!

Beds were mildly uncomfortable, but they were in the middle of replacing mattresses and we had the older ones.

The room was spotlessly clean! Great shower head and an air conditioner that runs constantly in the background, almost like a white noise machine. Many of the hotels we have stayed at have air conditioning that is very loud when it comes on and make a sound right as it is turning off. This ends up waking me up most time the fan turns on or turns off. Due to the air conditioning at this hotel. I had the best night’s sleep of the whole 3 week trip! I’d definitely stay here again! Plus, they now also have gluten-free cookies! One of us has celiac, so this was a welcome surprise! My spouse ate their GF cookie while I got my delicious regular cookie, fresh from the warming drawer.

The door to the room had too much tension on the door closer. It was very difficult to open. The ice room has no door, so can be noisy for the room opposite if someone gets ice in the middle of the night.

Plenty of Parking and at the hotel and old but clean and equipped with modern amenities. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we were welcomed with complimentary cookies. The breakfast was good too, it is Ala Carte and got good options to choose from. The bar and hibachi grill downstairs were good too. The room was clean and spacious, though I could hear people outside in the corridor. The hotel has a heated pool and jacuzzi. Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

I was so pleased with the hotel and staff. The evening we checked in the man checked us in was so pleasant and gave us warm chocolate chip cookies. We had an amazing dinner and Will our server was so pleasant, personable and really added to our dining experience, Emmy at the bar was great and it was so fun interacting with everyone. Very good experience from beginning until we left. Thank you for such a great experience.

Absolutely nothing

Updated spacious lobby, friendly Staff, warm cookies, large rooms with great beds, and all was very clean! The restaurant was very good. Breakfast and Dinner closed for lunch.

The hotel is surrounded by pine trees giving it a secluded feeling which is good. In the hotel you do not hear the traffic of the busy Route 66. But there is no sign at the main entrance to mark the driveway. The sign is at the corner of the street. I am sure this is regulated by the city of Flagstaff.

Easy to find property. They have charge point level 2 charger to charge my tesla. There are 2 of them. The room was very clean and the bed nice and comfortable. I stayed in the king size room. Breakfast was spot on. Not disappointed at all! Job well done. I don’t have any complaints. staff was friendly. Common areas were clean. I would definitely stay here again

The staff was very friendly and helpful. At check in we received cookies for us and a doggie bag with treats and maps of dog friendly restaurants and dog parks. Very comfortable room and very quiet.

I wish we could have had our service dog in training in the back of the bar area. We would have stayed and spent more to relax by the fire.

We liked everything — the location, comfort, and the breakfast, which was amazing and in a style we loved. However, breakfast should have included beverages in the hotel price. We were surprised to be charged $5 per cup of juice.

What we didn’t like was that beverages were not included in the breakfast price.

Staff was friendly and place was clean .We also liked the warm cookies when checking in .The bar was also a nice and the bartenders were very entertaining. Would definitely stay again .

Elevator were very slow and our room door did not shut properly due to door closer .Door had to be pushed close in order for door to close.

Nice location. Large comfortable room. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast at their cafe was very good; a nice change from the standard continental breakfast fare.

The location of the room was odd... the view out the window was a wall and we must have been close to a mechanical room of some sort as there was a relatively loud hum throughout the night. Not necessarily a big deal as we only stayed one night and obviously this wouldn't be the case all their rooms.
