Convenient, beds were cofortable, staff was really helpful. The bar/restaurant was great and the Starbucks counter in the hotel was a welcome alternative to a free continental breakfast. Also, although the website says there are no car chargers, there are 3 chargepoint car chargers in the adjacent lot. Very convenient.

Our first night we were in a room next to the elevator shaft which wasn't the end of the world but I'd ask to not be there next time.

The Shower and bed were very good! The staff was extremely pleasant, without exception, it's always nice to have free parking, and the breakfasts (only meal eaten in the hotel) were very good!

The toilet was too low and at 6'1" i didn't have enough room between the toilet and the shower.

The staff was great, everyone was super friendly. The room was comfortable, although the bed was a little soft.

Parking was an issue. Not so much parking, but there are no sidewalks to get to the front door from the side parking area. This was an inconvenience, but could be dangerous if one had to walk in the street in darkness or poor conditions. Also had trouble finding it as it was behind another building and not very well marked.

Breakfast was not included.

An incidental fee/deposit was added to my bill and was not deleted from my credit card bill. Upon checking in I was informed that there is a fee for the wifi.

Booked last minute, due to a medical emergency and return to the airport. The staff were excellent on our arrival and did all they could to help. We had one instance of unhelpful man at the reception concerning using the Navette for the chemist, but apart from that the staff were all amazing, the ladies the the reception desk, Jerry & the Navette staff and another gentleman who helped us with out bags and the cleaner- superb.

The breakfast was expensive and the restaurant was a little expensive too, it would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room, but it wasn't a big deal.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was just as pleasant as my first visit.

I did not have any negative experiences during my stay.

the bar and restaurant had excellent food!! The ambiance was perfect, fireplace, flatscreen tv’s hosting UFC and the Super Bowl. the heated pool was just right for our daughter. there was smoke odor when we got off the elevator! other than that this stay was great. 8/10

smell of smoke in halfway and parking so far from lobby. during winter months it can be challenging when icy.

all fine, no real complaints. Bar and dinner was excellent.

AC in room was a bit noisy. 3 out of 4 coffee creamers were curdled. Shower wonderful but would be even better with a way to control volume.

Friendly professional staff. Very clean room. Food on property was very good and wait staff was helpful as we were in a hurry … ver accommodating.

Outside pool area needs work. No monitoring in the exercise room where very young children were behaving badly and disrespectful of equipment.

The location close to the airport is perfect for our needs. The front desk staff are also personable and very helpful. The hotel itself is very good and fits all of our needs.

Nothing stood out that I didn't like. One thing that corporate might address is the Marriott sign at the hotel entrance. I've been coming here for years and still miss it when coming from the airport. The sight line is obstructed.
