The staff that received us was very friendly. The room is on the beach, just facing the driveway side. The resort is beautiful and very safe. The free pool at the neighboring resort was nice to use. Restaurants nearby for dinner, if you don't want to drive to town. The bed was super comfortable.

The room was very basic and I expected a bit more for the price. There weren't even tea and coffee (although they give a kettle). The location is way north and far from markets, nightlife, and popular beaches. We were told that because this room is owned privately, we can't make use of the free shuttle to the town area. Loads of kids at the pool area. Definitely very family oriented.

The view from the room was absolutely amazing! Shower was also great, really big with good shower pressure. The room itself was spacious with a smart TV. The best part was definitely the view, without it I don’t think I would have enjoyed my stay as much. There’s 2 restaurants on the resort which I’d say are more on the expensive side, but The Beach Club is really yum.

We had to wait a really long time to check in. We did arrive early, and the staff let us put our bags in the room, but check in is supposedly 2pm and we weren’t able to check into our room until around 4pm which was a bit of a pain.

From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful surroundings. From arranging excursions to recommending local restaurants, they went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. The host demanded a very high deposit in cash when we arrived that wasn't clear on our booking. Eventually the host agreed to accept a passport as security. In addition, although there was a list of contents, where items were chargeable if broken or missing - some items were missing when we arrived and the kitchen utensils were very poor - no response was given when we reported this.

So much space in every room! The living room was so big! The tv had Netflix and Disney plus! The house was super clean and there was enough towel for everyone. The pool and yard were perfect for the 7 kids we had!

The beds were too hard. There wasn’t enough pillows. Not enough kitchen supplies. Garbage can is too small in the kitchen

I didn’t like leaving the place . We really had a great time . Anyway .. the only thing I would add are the mosquito nets on the main French window. It's a shame not to be able to leave the door open during the night to ear the sounds of the waves and have fresh air . We did it the first night and there were to many mosquitos .

The location, the beach, the grounds, and the room were all spectacular. The nearby eateries were ggod. The community pool area was nice.

Towel and water refresh should be daily - including weekends. The private pool should be open, as are the private pools at the other villas.

Mrs Vie, who runs the place like clockwork, is such a hard working lady, who is super responsive, friendly and helpful. She arranged scooters for us, fixed a problem with the door and safe, and booked us a local taxi. The rooms were cleaned regularly, sheets and bedding good quality, and the bed was very comfortable and wide. Shower and bathroom spacious, clean and everything worked. Our room was 2 mins from the beach, which was picture perfect. Like paradise. Food in restaurant was great quality and staff there were so lovely. Pool was great for swimming lengths, and clean - right beside the beach too.

This place was absolutely terrific - it is a very large and clean 4-bedroom villa and your back-yard is a beautiful beach looking at the sun as it sets. Our kids absolutely loved it and made a lot of friends with the neighbours' kids both on the beach and at the pool. It was great to be at a very quiet but stunning beach location. We would definitely stay there again without question.

Pretty hard to think of things we didn't like. Providing a cash security deposit was a bit annoying - it would have been better to just deal with that via a credit card.
