Beautiful beach resort with lovely beach cabin looking out on the ocean! Good breakfast, nice pool and lovely, helpful staff! They offer a golfcar ride to town, or you can walk 5 min. The town is lively and has a local feeling with many good restaurants.

We were there while the children pool (and some cabins were under construction), which was one of the reason why we choose this place. Also the setting is a bit strange as the pool and restaurant look out on the small car park. Sidenote: use sufficient insect repellent as there might be sandflies…

We paid extra for beach front bungalows and couldn't have done better. We were right on the beach. Watching the sunset and hearing the sound of the sea during the night was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious and a wonderful terrace was a big bonus. Beach was nice and clean. During the low tide in the afternoon we could see a lot of sea urchins so be careful. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and always willing to help. A short distance from hotel was walking street with all the hustle and bustle. We loved the food corner on the left side..

I didn't like the daily driving of elephants to the beach from near elephant camp. Poor elephants had to pose for the photos with tourists. Please do not support such treatment of animals....but of course this is not the hotel's fault.

perfect location, stayed with family: 2 kids. Initially wanted to stay 5 nights and to get move to another location in Ko Chang, but then drove around and realised the resort is at the best spot of the island. The beach was perfect, very clean water, the restaurants and massage places within 5 minutes walk, we did not need to rely on the scooter. Also if you absolutely lazy and can't walk 5 minutes hotel staff could give you a lift in buggy to the restaurants main street.

There was no chest of drawers in our room to put away your personal staff, only hangers in the carboard. So for us as a family of 4, it was hard to keep the room tidy, we had to keep our things in the suitcase. At least one drawer would be great. Also we found the big art work near the pool would be more suitable for kids center, but not the resort. It would be nice if they decorated pool area with tropical plants. But we only noticed it on the first night, by no means it gave any negative vibe ))).

We spent here few nights because we had different locations during our stay to be able to see as much as possible in Koh Kood and Koh Chang. Good location, (we enjoyed more than White Sand Beach), close to great local restaurants and supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry. We received a free upgrade so we spent few nights in a sea view delux bungalow. Staff is very nice, kind and helpful. Breakfast is great! The room and bathroom were clean, the beach is beautiful here. We rented a scooter, the reception helped us to arrange that. There were not too many people around as we stayed at the beginning of low season/rainy season (May). I highly recommend to visit this place during this time of the year. Weather is perfect, just 10-15 minutes rain every day, less tourists, more calm.

Really lovely hotel - had a great night's sleep and room was spacious. Pool area is lovely and the bar is just wonderful - one of the top spots in the area for sundowners. Really lovely cocktails and food good too. Kaibae beach is just such a great area to stay in.

Sad that it doesn't have a gym. Also disappointing that Booking.com said I got 15% off hotel food and drinks with the room booking I selected, but the hotel would NOT honour this. So know discount on food/drink during my stay.

Great breakfast many Asian and European options and a fresh egg station. Beam in reception was great- very helpful and friendly. Rooms were large, water hot and AC cool. Fantastic room cleaning. Very near to bars and restaurants. Would return

The resort layout was a bit odd- car park nearest to the beach, only one route to the pool area and pool towels picked up and collected from reception was not efficient. On site restaurant was a bit too pricey. Would have been good to be shown how the safe worked in the room on arrival

new rooms and facility, the place is well maintained and the staff are helpful and nice. the breakfast was fresh with satisfying dishes, juices, fruits and more.

We had a great time. Attentive and friendly staff (with one exception). The bungalow was better than I expected. Comfortable, clean and a stone's throw from the sea. The swimming pool is also nice. Breakfast made both buffet and a la carte. Varied with everything you need. I know the area, I have been going there for many years and I always find it very good. I recommend renting a scooter. I take the liberty of recommending the structure to people who respect tranquility and good manners. But the best memory that will remain with me is the friendship with a very sweet (and very clean) dog who followed us throughout our stay. I hope the resort (staff) takes care of it.

Nothing to report. Too bad for a (man) employee who is not very fond of the dog, although all the guests liked it. Take care of the dog, he is a guard and guests like him ....

The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. The beach is wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

what really put a damper on our stay was that our neighbor was smoking weed all day. The smell was constantly present, which is especially unpleasant when you have children. Although hotel staff did address the person about it, he continued smoking, and no further action was taken. I would strongly recommend that the hotel completely prohibit the use of such substances on the premises and actively enforce this rule, including removing guests who smoke weed, rather than turning a blind eye to avoid confrontation. This would make the stay much more pleasant for all guests.

We stayed in beachfront DBL room which is in perfect style and condition - very modern, aesthetic and nice. The resort is very clean, natural, the staff is so polite and friendly.

The management of the resort is totally confused and mistaken. The resort is too overbuilt and no beach space is left . There is no space for the guests who stay in the other places like bungalows or DBL rooms in the backsides. If they want to stay in the beach there is no place…No sun-beds, no umbrellas, even no space for them. So they stay just in front of our beautiful beach front room, they scream, laughing or just lay whole day. The top of everything is the noise. The echo from the corridor to our room, which is near the reception is terrible. You can hear how the guests settle in, throw their suitcases, every closing of the door of an adjacent room is like thunder. There is no silence and time for relax during the day
