Location was excellent. Walking distance from train station, pier, great dining, staff was courteous and accommodating, room was ready before official check in time, courtyard top elegant, stylish and new. A true boutique hotel... everything that was needed in a small space including a beautiful tub in the room. Quality throughout.

This is a tiny issue... the outdoor signage made it easy to miss, but it could have been our travel exhaustion too!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, someone always seems to be on reception. Room was very clean and quiet. Perfect location, especially if you're travelling by train, as we were. A small but professional hotel. Just 3 minutes walk to the railway station, but also only 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

The room had only limited storage space, but enough.

Location not too far from center by walking. Room was spacious, well designed, had all the amenities. Bed was comfortable. Even our dog was well taken care off Staff very friendly. Really appreciated even called me by phone to tell me I had forgotten son in the room and how best to get it returned to me. A very pleasant happy stay

Beautiful quirky boutique hotel very close to train station, bus route and the beachfront. Room was very nice. Bathrobes provided. Staff were very welcoming Breakfast was lovely as was roof terrace. Sparkling/ still water complimentary which is a really nice touch.

Shower flooded onto bathroom as there was no step out to the floor and therefore no way of catching water. Nowhere to place shower products other than on floor of shower Not keen on the opaque door between bedroom/ bathroom though that’s just personal choice A shelf for clothes would have been great.

The WiFi did not work in the room There was a lack of privacy in the toilet - the door did not close fully and had some clear glass panels. Also no privacy in the shower - no door at all Otherwise the hotel was very good. Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Excellent Breakfast

Location was very good and centrally located, Arcachon is a really nice village, we will be back. Service was great: airco ;-), coffee Nespresso cups, Palais des Thes tea, free sparkling water, really nice staff The room is small but very functional, for a few days there a some shelves where you can put your clothes. 50 mins by train from Bordeaux, in summer I would advise to go to Arcachon to the beach and get out of the hot city.

Very helpful staff and close to the train station, central location, easy to navigate from, nicely designed rooms and well equipped with all that you would need.

Rooftop terrace is nice for breakfast, but no onsite bar or restaurant except for breakfast.

Property is a short walk from the train station and close to the beach and several delicious restaurants. We stayed in a room that had our own private patio which was lovely. The room is a little small but perfect for our 2 night stay. The staff is super friendly especially Laura who went out of her way to accommodate us. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing hotel at perfect location - near the railroad station and close to the beach. The staff was extremely pleasant. Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and good breakfast. Also there is coffee machine at the reception and a lot of wonderful local souvenirs such as candles with smell of sea, local herbs and forests to keep your memories

A nice hotel just a couple minutes from the train station and 5 min from the beach.

Nothing! The cleaning was not perfect, we had a puddle resulting from an open balcony during the rain and had eventually to mop it up ourselves, as the staff did come to fix it when we asked. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and helpful!
