We absolutely loved the hotel and the grounds. Full of charm. Staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved that there were two outdoor pools, which helped with entertaining a little one! Our favourite evening was the BBQ night - delicious food and great atmosphere!

Without a car, it was difficult for us to get to the beach. Apparently there was a strike with bus drivers and there were long waits for taxis. A great addition to the hotel would be offering a shuttle to/from the beach twice day. Would have been very happy to pay for a facility like that. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

The breakfast was quite superb, easily one of the best we have ever experienced. So were the dinners and lunches as we were on half board. The staff were all absolutely delightful and helpful.

The original room #23 which we were given was not up tp our expectations. It bore no resemblance to what we had seen for this type of room on their website. Once we complained we were moved the next day to room #1 which was totally up to our expectations. We recommend that future customers ask for rooms 1 to 6 on the ground floor. #23 was dark and with an unusable balcony

We were very happy with our stay at Casal Santa Eulalia. The hotel building is very charming and the surroundings (garden, pools) are well-kept. The room was very clean and the AC was working properly. The food was delicious - at breakfast, there was a choice of local produce, some healthy options and you could even ask for made-to-order eggs, pancakes or toast. Dinners were delicious, with some local options on the menu. The staff was helpful and polite.

In my opinion, the rooms need some renovation - they are more like 3* than 4* (however, they are very clean!) There is an expressway close to the hotel.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside this is the perfect getaway to unwind. The place is self contained and rustic in a sense that dinner lunch and breakfast is provided which is fresh and among the lights and multiple pools and live music one can become lost in the moment. The friendly smiles and prompt smiles is a rare occurrence in this modern age and so I can say that I can wholeheartedly recommend this location for couples or families alike.

We used Casal Santa Eulalia as a base to explore Mallorca from. Firstly, parking is great - large space, no issues at all. The building itself is magnificent. Staff, especially at dinner/breakfast were excellent. The food in the evening is a set, 3 course menu which changes daily. We found the food to be one of the highlights of this hotel. Breakfast was also superb - lots of choice and good coffee. The courtyard was stunning and gets the sun for the majority of the afternoon.

The closest pool to the hotel was really run down, weeds growing from most tiles, broken umbrellas and sunbeds. Furthest pool & pool area in similar state. The rooms are large, but the bedroom was window-less and felt a little outdated. The double bed was clearly 2 singles pushed together, as one of them sunk about 30cm below the other, albeit, fairly comfortable. I really feel like with a bit of investment, this place could be incredible.

Casal Santa Eulalia is a beautiful hotel in a lovely rural setting. The staff are welcoming and they provide exceptional service. The hotel, pool areas and grounds are immaculate. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely little balcony off the sitting room area. The rooms are cleaned daily. The food is delicious. There is a wide choice of food served buffet style for breakfast, plus the chef will accommodate any individual requests, for example omelettes. Dinner is served outside on the terrace beneath the trees (weather permitting !) There is 24 hour room service and a member of staff pops down to the pool areas at regular intervals throughout the day to ask if you would like drinks and/ or food. My husband would recommend the Club sandwich ! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of all inclusive hotels and seaside resorts, Casal Santa Eulalia is definitely the place for you !

There is nothing that we did not like about this lovely hotel.

Facilities were a very high standard and there were loads of opportunities to book out areas (spa/tennis) for exclusive use. Food was exceptional...plenty of choice; breakfast, lunch and dinner. All staff were helpful and welcoming 🙏 Room with balcony was wondedful!

Nothing at all! A faultless stay!

The venue is absolutely stunning and has a wonderful and very big outside with two (unheated) outside pools. The food in the restaurant is outstanding and the staff are super nice and helpful. The hotel has pretty much everything you would need: Inside and outside seating for the restaurants, a little bar, the outside pools, towels, a spa/gym with a heated inside spa pool. Our room was huge and even had a little outside terrace with a nice view, two deckchairs and a a parasol. We really enjoyed our stay there!

The beds were uncomfortable, we both slept on the very edges of the bed because the mattress was a little better there. Another family had the same experience with their bed. The room decor also looked outdated but it was totally fine.

Carefully maintained building in an olive garden. The atmosphere is amazing, for those who can appreciate it, of course. Great staff and very good breakfast. We have unforgettable impressions.

It would be better to add side light to the beds and change the beds in some rooms.

The property was amazing, everything was exceptional. The staff were amazing. I can’t fault the property. We was on our minimoon and found it perfect our room was upgraded to such a wonderful suite and we was treated like royalty. Would 100% come back here.
