Lovely owner and staff all very helpful and friendly. Always at hand to help if needed. Buffet style breakfast. Very quiet location yet close enough for the beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms cleaned ever other day with clean bedding and towels with tea and coffee topped up, handy fridge in the room for drinks Good water pressure for showers and hair dryers in the bathrooms

Nothing to dislike overall, though from a personal view it could do with a bit of a refresh, it’s a clean but well worn hotel that needs some TLC

1) Excellent value for money! 2) great location close to the beach, cafes and restaurants, and at the same time very quiet. Also only 10 mins walk to a local farmers' market on Sundays with great quality and great prices. 10 mins walk to a boat that takes on a picturesque trip to the city centre. 3) very friendly and helpful staff, English speaking too 4) a small kitchen which made the whole difference for me being a vegetarian - not the easiest in Turkey with its heavy meat-oriented cuisine.

1) Wifi could have been better. especially in the evenings 2) The walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot from the other rooms. But I think it is a common thing in Turkey, not just this hotel

Nice staff, super helpful and helped us organise transport to get home! The rooms were really clean and spacious and had good air conditioning, and the pool was very nice.

It would be nice if there were better tools for the kitchen. It was missing some things, like a chopping board (I bought one and left it there for future guests) a sharp knife, and llights for under the cabinets so you can see what you were doing. You also needed a lighter for the hob as it was gas, not convection. Also, the fridge wasn't very good and didn't cool things down very well. Another thing was that the shower wasn't properly sealed to the floor, so water did go everywhere when showering All just small things that could be improved upon, we had an amazing stay and dove apart definitely exceeded our expectations!

I recently stayed at the hotel for over a week and had a great experience. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful supporting us with organising trips and other things. The hotel's location is excellent, situated just a 10-minute walk from Calis beach. The room was spacious with a lovely terrace and bathroom. The property also includes a nice swimming pool. While the breakfast was enjoyable, a greater variety of food options would be welcomed. Overall, the hotel is good.

For what you pay, it is really luxurious! The villa is cutely decorated, beautifully painted in white and blue! The room is clean, spacious, bed comfortable and terrace so big (with a hanger for wet clothes), with a beautiful view on the street and a glance on sunset The bathroom is big, clean! Pool big, clean and deep Breakfast was a varied buffet, very delicious dishes, I loved it and enjoyed every day. With the service next to the pool, it felt super good everytime. The hotel is 2 mn walk from BIM market, 6 mn walk to Çaliş beach where many restaurants and shops are located! To go to Fethiye, there is a Dolmus stop in front of BIM The staff, each one (sorry I cannot remember names), were all nice and helpful! They helped with luggage, wifi problem, clothes that fell from my balcony! Big thanks

A but of smell from the bathroom

The location was perfect: very quiet neighbourhood, only 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to farmer's market on Sundays. 5 mins to mini-market with all necessities, lots of cafes and restaurants withing 10-15 mins walk. It was noisy during the day from construction at the neighbours, but I expect it will end soon Loved the little kitchenette with the fridge and everything necessary to cook my own meals. I am a vegetarian so local cuisine was not exactly perfect for me. Good breakfast. I had a spacious room with a little balcony overlooking the pool. Loved the view!

The walls were quite thin so I could hear people next door and they could hear me. But I suspect that it is rather common in Turkey.

The villa was fabulous. Each room had a balcony, it was great. There was everything that we needed in the kitchen plus a washing-machine for clothes. The swimming pool was class, my son loved it the most. The young men at Reception were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with a car rental which led to a booking of a 12 islands boat trip, I would definitely recommend this. Oludunez was amazing, we also visited the ghost village and the Fethiye market. Everywhere is very clean and well cared for. Food in Turkey is top notch.

Breakfast was average but there is a wonderful bakery and coffee-shop around the corner.

It was a nice, spacious flat we booked in this property. Everything was clean and well-prepared. Beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the room for our week stay including kitchen utensils. The staff were helpful and attentive. It is also in great location, 10 minutes walk from Çalış beach, 20 minutes to Fethiye centre by minibus and around 40-45 minutes to Ölüdeniz.

WiFi is a big problem because although they have got 3 different wifis for each floor, they are super slow and it is impossible to connect to internet. So it is wise to buy some extra cellular data before you go. Also, the staff said the flat is cleaned every other day but we noticed the floor’s weren’t vacuumed or cleaned during our stay, which wasn’t a major minus for us but can be for other guests.

My dad has cancer so It was an emergency, hamza the owner was lovely as were all of the staff, the area was perfect for me lovely and quiet but not to far from the centre, the room suited my needs perfectly, bed was comfy for me and I slept like a baby, hamza organised a few things for me and was sympathetic to what was happening, a gem of a place where I will come back to as will my family, a layed back family place in a beautiful part of town all the jasmine and other flowers were in full bloom fethiye explodes with colour and scent, never change guys and hamza is a great host, god bless, I'll definitely be back All the best Ian Greenfield

The hotel was clean and very well presented, the staff could not do anymore for you and nothing was ever too much to ask. All very friendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of hot and cold options. Very varied guests but had a very family feel to it.

Nothing I didn’t like that changed the enjoyment of the holiday, only slight observation was that the pool floor could possibly have been slightly cleaner.
