This place looks like a museum. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous art work all around and smelled nice and clean too! The food was great! Beds super comfortable!

We didn’t find anything we didn’t like about the property other than a few staff members that gave us weird looks like we didn’t belong in their hotel. At breakfast, an older woman that seemed controlling kept staring at my teens and even corrected my 27 yr old daughter when she used the “wrong plate” to get her food. Granted the woman did ask her if she wanted to switch to a larger plate when I came up to my daughter to see what was happening. I’m assuming she thought my daughter was a teen? Who knows. We felt we couldn’t really enjoy breakfast because the woman seemed like she was making sure we were doing the right thing. She was like the “cafeteria police” haha!

A nice find in a good area of San Jose, only a 30 minute drive from the airport. It has a really nice vibe with lots of original art on display on every floor - a genuine boutique hotel. Decent breakfast, a Pool on the 3rd floor - nice to catch the sunset. Tea & coffee available at all times. Safe underground car park. Near to a wide variety of restaurants and shops in Santa Ana

In order to get the free tea and coffee you have to go down to the restaurant on the ground floor. There is a coffee machine in the room but you have to buy pods if you want to use it. The breakfast was only OK - hot food was overcooked and dry by the time we came down to breakfast on both days. Fruit selection only OK

The hotel is so peaceful and relaxing with beautiful art work around the hotel. A very clean hotel. The breakfast was delicious and staff friendly and professional. I like to thank Monica at reception for providing a friendly, professional and helpful service throughout our stay , excellent customer service skills. Also I would like to thank the lady who looked after the tours , she was very helpful with choosing our tours . She was professional and friendly.

The room was big and clean , but it should be sold as a studio and not as a separate room with living area as the separate room is looked.Also the room is sold with city view , however when you looked out the window you have view of the guest balcony in the adjoining room ( which is advertised as separate room).

The interior is exceptionally well done and you feel like you live in a museum - so much fine art is displayed on every floor. There are few very cozy places to lounge on the property - by the pool, in the hallways. Decent size gym room accommodates up to three people comfortably. Some rooms have a better layout some not that much and it makes big difference what view you will get. The room I got first was looking at cemetery and asked to move me. Thankfully the stuff was able to give me another room with view of the city and even though the layout of the room was not as good as in the first one it made a difference. The breakfast was plentiful but if stay longer it becomes boring - it's always the same. The are a lot options to dine and shop walking distance from the hotel.

The lights in the room are horrible. They use daylight bulbs that give cool white light and it feels like you are in the office. I have tried to drape the lights with something to make the lighting warmer to make the space cozier. Its so strange - to have such a beautiful lobby and common areas and to make the rooms less inviting by installing unpleasantly bright pure white lights. For the first couple of days of my stay they did not have butter at breakfast, only margarine, so to make my breakfast enjoyable I had to bring my own butter. However at some point they got rid of the margarine (who even uses it novadays?) and replaced it with butter.

Location was perfect for either the first night or the night before flying home. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Nice little swimming pool on the roof with a friendly little bar area. Loads of interesting artwork everywhere. Great check in and check out. Lovely breakfast, and they even had some coffee and pastries ready for us when we checked out at 03:30 for an early flight home. Also very reasonably priced. Great little Tex Mex / sports bar in the precinct opposite.

If you want to lie in the sun, there isn't anywhere as the pool area has a huge canopy over it providing shade. I appreciated this, but my wife and daughter wanted to catch some last-minute rays. This isn't really a complaint, more an observation.

The room was clean and large and the cost was good for 2 rooms. The hotel has interesting art work and the breakfast staff were friendly.

The front desk made a mistake on our booking and woke us up to rectify this at 10pm, after a long haul flight.. This should have been sorted out at check in, several hours earlier?! The reception should consider greeting their guests with a warmer welcome which was our experience throughout the rest of CR. There was no porter. No one to show us to our room. No welcome drink. I was surprised. The breakfast was OK and fairly average; waiting staff in the restaurant were lovely. This definitely feels like a stopover hotel from the airport and onto the rest of CR. I wanted it to be so much better!

We only had breakfast at the hotel since there's a delightful food hall next door that's definitely worth visiting. That said, the hotel's breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, and decent coffee. The artwork throughout the hotel is fantastic. Even if you're not an art connoisseur like me, you can't help but appreciate the sheer number of pieces on display. The reception staff are lovely, and speak good English

The swimming pool is nice for a dip, not really big enough to do anything else. The gym is outdated and needs new modern equipment.

The staff have been really kind, and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We're here due to hospital stay at Hospital Metropolitano Lindora and this has been an oasis of calm after tremendously stressful days. Great restaurant downstairs, pool upstairs. The owner's private art collection makes the hotel it's own art gallery. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are dealing with the hospital which is about 7 away minutes by Uber.

The hotel is amazing, every room is so intense! The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality of the staff was great. This is not only a Hotel, but and Art Gallery, beautiful!

This is actually a minor detail but the lights of the room were connected so we had to either have 2 lights on (white light in the entrance door and a yellow/orange soft light above the bed) or both off, and I wanted to keep only one but it was not possible. Overall the place and the attention from the staff was amazing. Thank you!

The hotel is stunning and the artwork on display is amazing. The bar and dining room are lovely; the breakfast buffet was inclusive and well presented. The pool area on the 3rd floor is lovely and very inviting, although we did not have a chance to enjoy it. Even the parking area, which is gated and secure, is beautifully landscaped and inviting. The food in the restaurant is good and there is an excellent restaurant within walking distance, as well as a cinema.

I am glad I brought my own coffee pot. I rise fairly early- 5am- and want coffee. The coffee in the lobby is delicious and available, but that requires getting presentable to go to the lobby, and the coffee maker in the room was a total mystery! Neither my roomie nor I could figure out how to work it. Also, regarding cleanliness: the room was spotless, but there was a fresh blood smear on one of the pillow cases. There were ample pillows so I just stuck it in the closet.
