This was our second visit to Sharm El Naga, and I want to share some constructive feedback because I really love the place. Pros: The staff were very helpful and remembered us from our previous visit. They were really kind and made us feel like part of the family. The snorkeling experience was amazing and impressive — truly a highlight for any sea lover. The price-to-value ratio is excellent. You get a great experience for what you pay.

Cons: The original sandy beach was closed and is now part of the new hotel next to Sharm El Naga, which affected our comfort, especially if you have kids . The access road to the resort is unpaved and lacks clear signs or directions. Entering and leaving can be difficult ( especially at night ) The food quality was much better during our first visit; I hope it improves again. The new beach has many small rocks, which can be a problem, especially for children. If a child falls, they might get hurt. It would be great if the beach could be cleared of these rocks for safety. Overall, Sharm El Naga is worth visiting, especially for those who love the sea and snorkeling. With some improvements in infrastructure and services, the experience could be even better.

Nice condos with sea-view, right next to a perfect reef where you can watch lots of colorful fish and some turtles. Food buffet is good local cuisine, simple but tasty. Mohammed is a special friendly and helpfull staff member. A small and calm place to chill out, for people who don't like resorts.

Welcome was cold and some dodgy guys loved to give orders, i felt like nobody expected me to arrive. Staff is often unavailable and not very attentive. The bed linen hasn't been exchanged since the last guest, just some perfume sprayed on. General cleaning of the room could be improved.

I had a fantastic time here! - It is known that Egypt and the Red sea are wonderful but what makes Sharm el Naga special, is the Staff. Starting from M.Mohiey at the reception. Incredibly kind, he helped me with everything included Transfer and Wifi issues. The whole diving team. Waleed, Costa, Abdou, Islam (San Luca), ecc. But the biggest love goes to these three: Høssam, with his 20 years old, he is the youngest Padi Dive Instructor of the Red sea. His english is perfect, he will let you feel comfortable under water as well as on the surface! Sherif, an explosion of joy. He is the Boat captain and an incredible experienced diver. If you are lucky, he let you sit in his Strawberry car. Mamoush, fisherman and father of three wonderful ladies. Amazing diver, always smiling and ready to help you. He brought me the best dates I ever had. - I was lucky to join Sharm el Naga in its original mood, before the huge rebuilding plan. The construction started already. I hope they will keep the staff in its unity cause they are the magic of this place. Without them this became just another Resort on the Red sea. Shokran Habibi <3

The hotel far exceeded expectations for its price category. Everything is organized simply but thoughtfully, with guest comfort in mind. Convenient location — in El Naga Bay, surrounded by desert, relatively close to Hurghada. A perfect place for a quiet, secluded getaway. The room was basic and a bit worn, but clean and functional: comfortable bed, white linen, towels, working plumbing, kettle, toiletries. The beach is definitely the highlight of the hotel: wooden sunbeds with mattresses, shaded areas, swings, and a convenient pier. The former sandy entrance to the sea now belongs to a neighboring hotel, but the reef remains accessible and very beautiful. The sea is calmer near this hotel’s pier during windy weather compared to the piers of neighboring hotels. The food is simple, with a limited selection, but tasty and fresh. There were always dishes with meat or fish, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, and oriental sweets. Bottled water was provided both in the room and at meals. The beach bar serves excellent oriental-style coffee (the entire bar is paid separately on a half-board basis; I only tried the coffee). The staff were friendly and attentive. The small size of the hotel creates a cozy, familiar atmosphere — every guest is known by face. The reception left a particularly pleasant impression with their warm welcome. Conclusion: This hotel is a great option for a budget seaside escape focused on relaxation, snorkeling, and peace. Not suitable for those seeking luxury or entertainment, but perfect for those who value the sea, nature, and silence. Given the lovely reef and convenient location, it offers excellent value for money. I’d gladly return again — as a stopover before heading further south to Marsa Alam or before flying out of Hurghada.

Considering the price — everything was great. The hotel is very simple in design, with minimal greenery, and outside the territory, there is desert and quite a bit of trash. There is no animation, pool, or entertainment. No safe in the room — valuables can be left at reception or you just trust the staff.

I was never into diving but this place has wonderful reef just 2 min walk from hotel. Plus all amenities are superb. I was amazed at all you can see in the sea. Room: 9/10 very good size comfortable for 3 people. Bed: 9/10 sultan King size bed very comfortable Pillows: 7/10 quite soft but bit too big for me Amenities : 9/10 tea pot etc. I had to turn off fridge during a night as quite noisy but water inside was still Frost chill in the morning. Darkness: 9/10 well covered from the sun in the morning. Courtains stop 90% of light coming in. Bathroom: 9/10 shower and all amenities in good shape, tiles old fashioned but still good looking Location: 6/10 secluded place far away from anything but you don't need shops or food as they would feed you like a King. Try to negotiate taxi for 400EGP from Hurgada, otherwise small buses from mini bus station in Hurghada for 40 EGP to crossroads with El Naga road. Then 100 for a lift to the Resort. Food: 10/10 i have been in few hotels (mid budget) and this place has most variable and tasty food. Beach: 10/10 small beach hidden from a crowd (may change as they build 5* hotel just by) with nice sunbeds and just newly added hay umbrellas. Overall I would return to this place for sure. Also great for families to stay away from the crowds , there is a playground for kids. Of course no slides to the pool but sea and all compensates for this.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, ensuring our stay was truly spectacular. They even accommodated our dinner requests. When we encountered an issue with the AC in our room, they went above and beyond by showing us three rooms and letting us choose the one we preferred. excellent service!

The beach is no longer sandy as it used to be; I remember visiting before and enjoying the sandy shore, but another hotel has taken over that part. However, they came up with a good solution by building a bridge that leads directly to the deep waters over the coral reef, which was still a pleasant experience.

One of the best spots in hurghada for snorkeling and diving..the beach is amazing you can't get enough of it The staff is very nice and hardworking and always there to help you Very good value of money

The hotel needs serious renovations..tv in my room wasn't working If you want a fancy hotel don't expect much...but if you want a nice beach definitely go there

This place is so dreamy. It's a tiny resort with beautiful beaches and a fascinating reef full of colorful fish. The rooms are simple, but spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly, especially Mohammad, the receptionist makes you feel at home. I felt like this man never sleeps, since he literally came running no matter what we were asking for. The housekeeping and restaurant staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is small, but as someone with gluten intolerance, even I was able to find something to eat. They have variations of meat, chicken, fish, rice and fries at every meal. If you're fed up with crowded places and you want to relax, this is the right place for you. It's very quite and romantic.

The bathroom at the lobby was smelly.

Hotel perfect for relaxation, very quiet, variety food menus , beach and jet is perfect and amazing snorkeling two spot right and left of beach, staff are smiling always and remember all guests which make me feel at home. Mohamed receptionist is very helpful and active. Mr Mina manager is extremely helpful for all guests even before my arrival and best part is the hotel is always doing improvement's for hotel buildings and services which empress me because there is new every time I go there , it's rare to find hotel offer guests a bottle of water every single meal .. thanks to all

Nothing .. everything is amazing

A very very friendly, smiling Staff all the time. Thank you Mr. Mina, Mr. Mohammad for everything. Thanks to all staff whose made my sty a happy and comfortable one. The Location is amazing! Suitable for thos who are looking for relaxation. The under water life is a paradise for snorkeling and for diving as well. The corals are just few steps from the beach. Colorful fish are swimming close to the beach. Just 5 steps. The view from the was very nice. The food was delicious, specially the barbecue on the beach restaurant. I left my wallet with a big amount of money, They send it back to me in a sealed envelope to cairo and refused to get any tips or currier’s charge.
