Cozy little room, comfy beds and great WIFI. Next to Bob Evans and close to Mothman and Point Pleasant. I like that new tip system for housekeeping with the bar code to scan. A lot of people don't carry cash, so it was convenient to help Melissa S out :)

Outside could use a little TLC with some missing shudders and paint having peeled off the siding. There's a window boarded up on the face of the building. This made me a bit nervous that the place was sketchy, but inside the building, it's not sketchy at all.

Convenient to our destination in Point Pleasant, WV. Employees were very nice and welcoming. Included breakfast and the employees even made the waffles for each guest. It is an older motel but nice. Rooms have vinyl flooring instead of carpet. It is probably easier for cleaning. I thought the beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were clean and overall would recommend.

There was a lingering smoke smell in the building. Really wish all motels were smoke free in this day and age. We were in a non-smoking room and it wasn't as noticable in our room, more the overall building. If you truly have asthma or bad allergies it might not be the place for you. My husband has a back problem and did not think the beds were comfortable.

The room was spacious. The cleanliness was amazing. The location had so much accessible within a short drive or no drive at all. I had a room with a balcony that overlooks the river and the silver bridge. It was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I needed assistance with my baggage because I have a disability and the desk clerk never hesitated to help me get my belongings to my room.

The only thing I was unhappy with was not enough hot items for breakfast. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel unfortunately I needed to go to a restaurant. The good news was Bob Evans was right next-door.

We enjoyed the location, the property was clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. My wife and I enjoyed the light breakfast items, and as I enjoy coffee through the day, I was happy to find it was always available. We enjoyed using the hot tub, although the indoor pool was colder than I enjoy getting in. My wife is a school teacher and we had decided on a relaxing weekend before she went back to work. We had a great time .

The location of our room could have been in a quieter location for us. We were happy that it was on the ground floor, but the guests in the room directly over us were very noisy, apparently a child was jumping across their room. Also there was an outdoor guest area with a grill directly out our window on the back side of the building and people were out there quite a bit. I would have liked a room on the front side better.

Location is perfect for what I needed, have family in Logan, OH and also in Point Pleasant, this hotel was very centrally located for both. The room was large, clean and decent, especially for the price. Had plenty of pillows, the linens were clean and decent which I always appreciate.

The whole building, including my room, smelled of cigarette and pot smoke to varying degrees. I had a non-smoking room, but I'm sure the air in the hallway wafted into my room which would explain why I kept smelling smoke. I didn't like that the workout equipment room didnt open until noon, I'm an early bird and by noon I was already otherwise occupied by what I made the trip for, I didnt manage to get in a single run the whole time I was there.

The breakfast was fine. Not overpowering, but sufficient. My wife and I enjoyed it, as we usually only eat a light breakfast. The location was great, as we were visiting some family and friends in the area. The staff were very nice to us. The facilities were clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub area was very safe and sanitary. The room was clean and comfortable, and stocked with simple necessities. It was very quiet and restful and it was very obvious that the visitors were taken care of. We are already planning a return visit in August.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean well stocked and the staff was friendly and helpful. We do not typically stay in smaller hotels but in town for mothman fest and everyplace was booked but this place KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! The staff are all to be commended. What a great job!

Pillows are very small and since some rooms are smoking the foyer when you enter smells of smoke making a poor first impression. But it ENDS there keep walking these folks know hospitality!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early (for a small fee). The room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast my first morning was basically a waffle maker. I did not eat breakfast the 2nd day, but it looked like they had other options. Very friendly staff all the way around.

The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was that it seems the walls are VERY thin. I could hear EVERYTHING in the hallways and the rooms next to me. I have a fan app on my phone though, so that helped.

A very clean room. A comfortable chair to sit in. (I have back pain when I get up in the morning and the chair provided in the room worked great). The value was very good for what my stay. The staff was friendly, especially the woman working in the cafeteria. She was very helpful. I will stay at Super 8 again!

The woman who checked me in spoke quickly and I had a hard time understanding her. (Part of the problem is my hearing).

I loved everything. The room was extremely nice and I loved how I was close to everything.

They only thing I didn't like was ive been staying at this hotel for awhile now because I love the location and you guys have rules about quiet hour from 10pm to 8am away visitors can rest for the journey ahead but the people above me didn't honor that at all because at exactly 5:30am we got woken up by running across the floor and jumping. We had an extremely long day ahead of us and could have used that extra sleep. It won't change us staying there because we love the hotel.
