Kids had a blast in the nice-sized pool. Breakfast was much better than at most hotels - really nice variety! My son accidentally left his medication in the mini fridge in our room when we checked out and we didnt realize it until that evening when he needed a dose - and the staff saw it and grabbed it and put it in their fridge for safe keeping until we could get it in a few days on our trip back through. Oh, and the cookies are a yummy touch!

The front desk staff were both kind and friendly. They were also incredibly informative with the information they were able to provide. The front seating area was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast area was also clean and presented with a degree of genuine care. When we decide to make another trip I will without a doubt be staying here again.

My only concern was the heavy doors, when folks would leave there rooms at night and the door would slam shut, it could be heard through the entire floor and the closer to our room the more jarring it was to hear.

What I didn't like was checking in because booking.com did not pay the hotel the money so it took me almost an hour and a half to check in for them to contact booking got time also it happened to my mother and my uncle cuz booking.com did not pay the hotel

Very nice stay, no complaints. Good location close to a variety of food options, perfect for my visit to the Mothman Museum!! The staff was friendly and helpful, their breakfast was good, the coffee was decent. Would return.

My son was in a basketball tournament in Gallipolis, and the Hampton Inn was recommended to us. It was a great weekend. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for food and you have interstate access near by. Many different options for where you want to go, WV bridge access is less than 5 mins. Gallipolis is a very clean, cute town (from where I stayed) lots of small town restaurants/bars near the park and a nice place to relax

The bed was a little stiff, walls and ceilings are thin so you can hear more than most hotels I've stayed at. But even with that, I would stay again!

Very clean, friendly staff

Microwave in room does not work, room temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either to hot or to cold even when adjusting the thermostat by one degree at a time.

Very clean, good facilities. Very friendly staff in the restaurant sorting breakfast. Rooms were a great size and had everything in it you could need.

Maybe could do with a little updating but that didn’t matter to us.

LOVED the woman helping us check in was SO kind and so helpful. I think her name was Linda! She pointed out that you guys were known for the light show down the street. We ended up going and loved it! She was so kind. Breakfast was also excellent in comparison to some of the other places we have stayed previously. The variety of breakfast options was so appreciated! Culinary staff seemed super efficient, though we didn’t speak with them.

You guys did awesome!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The pool was a welcome activity and was very well maintained. There was even a restroom in the pool area!
