Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but I feel could use some more options. Great water pressure in the shower. Love that they are pet friendly with no size restrictions.

Rooms could use a good bit of updating and modernizing. The bathtub did not have a stopper so taking an actual bath was not possible. Rooms are a little on the small side.

The price is cheap and hits a good stopping off point when we travel back to visit family. The front desk staff was friendly both when checking in and when leaving. The price is right. It is very reasonable.

We had no complaints, but it is a budget motel. So don’t be expecting anything to spectacular. It’s comfortable and cheap.

You loved the lady in dining room. The maids was very nice helpful.

The only reason we chose this hotel because it listed a pool. When we went to go swimming the pool was broken. It's been down for a while. But it s still listed on the web site. I asked to speak to the manager. She never got intouch with us. We found it very rude and immature. She needs to update the site NO Operating pool. ITS SIMPLE

Because of my age(80) we were given a ground floor room without asking. Breakfast was great, Staff was friendly.

More help in the morning for the breakfast time. The days we were there, there was only one person to take, deliver the food and clean off tables. other than that, no complaints.

I was welcomed at reception. Given a room at the end of the hall for easy access to the large open grassy area for dogs to play. Comfortable bed. easy tv use.

nothing I didn't like. I drove longer than I wanted to go get to this property to stay here again as I did last year, knowing that I would be welcome and have a nice room and lovely area for my dog.

The breakfast is a very nice sit down made to order meal. Food is good. The king size room we stayed in was clean with cold fridge and microwave and tv. Would definitely stay again. Good size area to walk your pet also.

We liked the idea of your dining room but fish was to greasy, we could not eat it

The cleaning was not very good. The bathroom door was dirty, the vanity door hinges had at least 1/8 inch of dirt on them and very dusty inside. The frig had NO shelves in it and the bathtub did not drain properly. The Napkins in dinning room were worn out

They have a good breakfast. The location was key to my booking a room.

The hotel is getting a little run down. It's still clean but could use a face lift.

Breakfast was great. Room size was perfect. Location was excellent, over the bridge to Point Pleasant or down the road for Gallipolis. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
