It was a really nice place to stay at an affordable price. People were polite and helpful.

You can never be sure when people will arrive or leave, so as with many capsule hostels, it can disrupt sleep patterns. This is generally expected, but for such affordable prices, it is definitely worthwhile.

Plat was a very friendly, homely vibe. As opposed to many competitors nearby that may feel too corporate, this place felt like you're a part of a real family-style home, which adds to the place's character. Staff was very polite and understanding. Toilets and bathroom was extremely clean. Self check-in wasnt stressful upon arrival (even if arriving after hours), and is fine with English-only speakers. Overall, very pleased with my stay, and would come back on a solo or duo trip.

Very tight rooms for 4 people, with hardly any room for luggage space. The marketing and instructions for this place was also not as clear when booking online, and last minute emails upon check-in was a little scary for an overseas traveller like myself, at first. However, the place seems very trustworthy, and so if you're fine with small and homely, this place is still for you!

Walking distance from Anamori-Inari station. Also has a direct bus to the airport just a minute walk from the hostel. Bus is faster and empty too, skip the train if you want seats and have to lug around a lot of luggage. Self check-in and check-out was seamless.

Shared bunks were very stuffy with no ventilation. Need to crack down the A/C temp and leave a slight gap for air. Also the curtains keep knocking against the frame if there’s any slightest movement. Hot water turns crazy cold if too many people shower at the same time. The staff are usually sorting cleaning around 8am so there’s no one around the counter until 9 onwards.

Awesome place and awesome staff.....They all worked non-stop. My warmest compliments to them.... Transients make a huge nasty mess, even puke and feces right before lunch. This team made it spotless and sanitized before the guests arrived. It has a usable kitchen. Nice elevator. Good water pressure. Family friendly. This is the second stop from Haneda on the Keikyu line. Get off Anamori Inari station then a 6 minute walk to the hostel. There is a Lawson and 7-11 along the way and many other places within a 5 minute walk. Tokyo is approx an hour away via train. STAY HERE

No complaints. Exceeded my experiences at others.

Getting to this location from the airport was easy by taxi, and returning to the airport was equally as easy by taking the shuttle bus. It's a 30 second walk to the stop from the hostel and only 600 yen (you'll need to pay upon entry). The beds were really comfy and the privacy screen made sure that it isn't too bright in your bed area which has adequate outlets and they even provide you with a small lockbox for important belongings. It was also really quiet! I couldn't hear anyone moving or rustling around at all. The showers were clean and the amenities provided were pretty nice. I absolutely would stay here again when I'm in the area. I thought about using the laundry but ultimately decided against it. It's just one washer and one dryer, coin operated. If you didn't bring any detergents, there's a convenience store just across the street and the directions were clear, I just didn't have the time to do laundry but I'm sure it's good too!

Everything was great, absolutely no complaints at all.

We had a double twin-bedroom which was equipped with a fridge and air con. Self-check in /late check in was super easy. Hostel is around 5 mins from the train station. Restaurants & supermarkets are next to the hostel. Bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer.

Unfortunately the showers (ladies) were really dirty - full with hair. Also a lot of hair were infront of the toilets (were the hair dryers are). I don't blame that to the hostel - because they can not clean every hour. Guest should really care more cuz they know more people are using the bath room.

Place was close to the airport making it very convenient for later check-ins. Directly across from a convenience store as well as a vending machine for drinks right in front of the hostel. Facilities was nice, has a shared fridge which you put your name on anything you store inside. Multiple toilets and showers on multiple stores albeit they are shared. Cozy capsule bed as well as a personal safe with lock and charging port with a lamp making it easy to see inside your capsule.

Only thing I disliked was the capsule at night can be very hot if you close your blind. Need to keep it slightly open which may bother some.

Great location for our last night in Tokyo to be closer to the airport for early morning check in. Didn’t deal with any staff as did self check in which was easy to navigate, saw a member off staff when we came back from the shop and was friendly. Shops close by and also a short walk to the train station for direct train to Haneda airport or direct to Shinagawa Station on the Keikyu Airport Line. We booked a family room and it had two bunk beds with a shared bathroom opposite and showers were close by. Room was small but plenty of space under the bed for our luggage and a small area to hang some clothes. If staying longer you would need to live out your bag. There is a decent shared kitchen and a small dining area with a TV.

Really good hostel, very clean and had everything we needed. Pods were a good size and had a small locker for valuables. Showers had products and you got a towel which was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a kitchen but we went out for dinner, lots of places in walking distance, and two shops. We stayed here before an early flight and it was perfect for what we needed. Great facilities, and they had a map of the immediate area with recommendations.

The only thing I would recommend to the staff is to put a sign up reminding guests that certain things like drying your hair, being loud with bags etc, might not be appropriate after certain times. 1.30am is not the time to dry your hair for five minutes!

Beds were perfect and room air conditioned, which was a wonderful surprise after more than a week traveling in the heat. Great location a quick walk from the station or grocery, so if you need to stay a night after flying in/out to Haneda, this place is for you. The bed area felt very roomy with a little outlet and locker built into the headboard. Everything felt very modern. Lots of toilets, sinks, dryers and washers.

That entry door needs to be oiled or something, since it makes a horrible noise upon entering the building. Save for that, the experience was wonderful and checking in/out was easy.
