Location is great. Facility was clean. Pool area was clean. Hot tub was huge and had plenty of room. Hand soaps in the bathroom are locally made and not hard on sensitive skin, that was a great bonus! Large desktop space in our room was great. Enough room for our kids to play. Overall we enjoyed our stay, probably won't be back though until our kids are older and would enjoy the waterpark more.

Pool wasn't as big of a hit with our kids as I expected (7 & 2 - 7 didn't like how high the waterslides were, 2 was scared of the fountain area). Layout of hotel itself was a little confusing. Wifi was difficult to connect to and we weren't told password until we asked. TV was also not easy to figure out. No room service menus or local flyers/phone book type advertisements either for delivery, I imagine would be more difficult for people who have never been to the area.

There is a restaurant right at the hotel lobby which was great since the hotel does not offer breakfast. Free for kids under 10 which was great. Timmy’s a 5 minute walk away. Waterpark was great for the kids and hot tub great for the adults. Bed was super comfy.

Felt a couple of wet spot in the room when we first arrived. Presumably from the pool which was understandable but unpleasant on feet. More heads up, the pool closed at 10pm so the rooms that are close to the pool WILL be noisy. Ours also close to the cleaning supply room or exit of sort. Can hear loud slams.

We stayed two nights, each night a different room. We were very impressed the first night. We even got upgraded to a pool side room which was amazing. The cot we asked for was a blow up bed with bedding included and we were happy with that as well.

The second night we booked a last minute room because we had to change our plans, I think we must have gotten the last room you give out, the smell was terrible, smelt super musty like it used to be a smoking room for years, and felt dirty, the tv was in a weird spot so it was hard to watch from the bed. The bathroom was super dated, felt like we were in an old folks home. It was night and day from our first nights experience. The most disappointing part is that it was the same price as the first night, so I expected the same type of experience.

The water park was excellent. The attached restaurant was a good feature, although we didn’t use it. The room was clean and quiet. The location was excellent for where we were visiting and easy to find off the highway.

I didn’t care for the parking situation. Because the location is on a busy street and two or three different options to pull off at an often having to go around to the back or the side was just a little frustrating. The layout of the pillars and the elevator and the front desk was a bit awkward.

From the Manager Mr.Devan to the staffs and crews (reception, restaurant, service room,housekeeping and waterpark) they are all great, nice, and accommodating. They made my hubby's birthday a special one. The room is so nice, clean and comfy. The waterfront so fun that my kids loved the slides and the water effects. The foods are so delicious. I highly appreciate the efforts of Mr. Devan and the crew especially who organized for our room for also putting some decorations for my husband's bday.

The waiting time for the food in the restaurant. But what I observe the hotel so full of guests and the restaurant also full of many people. They serve us extra food and drinks while we are waiting that the kids enjoyed while also waiting for the food they ordered. The staff Ilakshi who served us in the restaurant did her very best to accommodate us and I thumbs up for her.

The staff were incredible! They could not possibly have been more accommodating. We asked to move rooms after checking in (to be closer to other family staying at the hotel) and they found us an adjoining room and allowed us to move at no extra charge. We also had left behind some items in the previous room which they brought to our new room for us. Fantastic customer service!

The water park is awesome for older kids but there is no shallow pool for little ones, only spray park equipment. They did have life jackets available for kids to use in the pool though!

Good location that is walkable to many places. We had a room that overlooked the pool and I was worried that it might be too loud but it is actually pretty soundproof and the noise is nothing excessive.

It would be nice if they had water offered all day. We had to go to the restaurant in the mornings to fill up our bottles since they only have coffee out. The rooms are a big size, but there are now drawers to put away your clothes. They have a little cubby system attached to the closet for some storage, but i think that having a dresser in the room is better for storing clothes.

Nearly everything. Amazingly friendly helpful staff, nice rooms, beautiful lobby. Clean. Super clean. Kiddo LOVED the Waterpark! Didn't try the restaurants as the menu didn't have anything that was enticing.

No ice machines....had to go to the restaurant and bother the staff anytime you wanted ice. It's wasn't a big deal, but a self serve option would have been nice. Parking lot is a nightmare if you have anything larger than a compact car, and even then because it's so cramped it's hard to get a round. Park in the North lot and save your sanity!

The Waterpark was a great feature for a pit stop on a family road trip. Although we did not end up using the room service feature, it was very nice to know it was an option. The beds were very comfortable!

We typically choose hotels that have breakfast on hand, this one did not. However the was a Tim Hortons next door so it was not a huge inconvenience. They also had coffee in the front lobby which was nice.

in general, it was a good experience. could have had more on what was happening around town. if staying more than one night should have more coffee,sugar and cream in the rooms. i went out and bought more. Also, local newspaper. would like to see that you can purchase the local paper.

no newspaper, more coffee,etc in the rooms for those that are staying longer than one night. and what the booking.com gave for a cost $790.00 turned out to be wrong. it ended up at $1,100.00,
