Great location near the cathedral, baptistery etc. staff was friendly and helpful. Room was secure and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was served in our room and was above expectations. The restaurant is exceptional. Food is well prepared and thoughtful presentation makes it a fun experience. Staff is friendly and professional. The chef came to every table for a brief moment. We enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu. There were several a la carte items we wanted to try too. We’ll gladly go back Do yourself a favor and eat here.

Room was spacious, quite comfortable and clean. The location was great. The restaurant was a bit pricey but food was delicious and staff were really helpful and friendly.

Although there's a lift to the upper floors, the room was a bit inaccessable with a pushchair as there are some steps on the way. They also do not provide any dairy free options for breakfast.

Everything was fine. Quiet and spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, small but functional kitchenette. Helpful staff willing to help with everything you need. Excellent location near the historical center and main Parma attractions. In short, highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing.

Large double room with kitchenette and bedroom. Great location for walking to the city center and close to many restaurants. Parking was down the street about 10 minutes or so walking. You pay via coin/card (mine didn't work) for 12 Euro/day. Breakfast is a fixed meal brought to your room at your requested time.

Room furnishings were a little dated. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved.

My husband and I enjoyed the two night staying in this hotel. The room was cleaned everyday, and the sheets and towels were changed everyday. Location is perfect. The room/suite has space enough for two people. It is very quiet and the staff is very helpful.

It depends of what a person is looking for. For our staying and the price we paid it was perfect.

My apartment was clean and stylish, with a small kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hob and a well equipped bathroom. There was plenty of clothing storage space and a very comfortable bed. Elevator was a useful feature too and access was very convenient, using a card.

a little more assistance would have been nice but as I arrived during a bank holiday weekend, there were no staff on duty the following day. A few more cooking utensils in the kitchenette would be useful too and perhaps a kettle.

The bedroom and bathroom were great, the kitchen and lounge were ok but not so cosy.

As there was a mention of Michelin level restaurant I expected more of breakfast… sweet croissant, youghurt, banana, bottled juice and corn flakes as well as one capsule of coffee did not reach the level. Anyway the breakfast was just on time when ordered.

The suites were nice and comfortable. The owners were very nice and welcoming. Location was excellent. A cold breakfast, and hot coffee were served in the room. I would stay again.

Everything was good

Large appartments, very comfortable and large bed, wooden floor in the sleeping room - no cold tiles ( we were in October), all needed kitchen equipment. Awesome bathroom - big enough, with very new equipment. Very close to the historic center and all necessary shops. We travelled in Italy and stayed in 3 cities - this was our best experience.

The windows looked in the windows of other appartments so in most cases we had to keep the shutters closed and it was very dark inside because of this.

Fairly convenient location, quiet, and modern facilities.

It was a surprise that they charged 15€ for our small dog's one-night stay, when other lodgings in Italy didn't charge us extra. Parking in the area is a bit difficult, though there is a paid garage a few blocks away.
