This property is on a very active main street and close to all of the major attractions that I was interested in! My room was exceptionally comfortable with all advertised fixtures available for use. All staff were very helpful and accommodating during my stay. It’s also close to main transportation, train and bus stations.

This is not a big issue, but I will mention the food offered at the restaurant is absolutely delicious but the portions are small. Perhaps I just enjoyed it so much that I wanted more than was delivered.

Spacious, high ceilinged rooms in a quiet building on a buzzy but calm street, great location for old town, restaurants. Great Cafe Torrefazione Pelco very close by. 7 mins walk to parking Repubblica. Owner Marco was very helpful and accommodating and gave good dining recommendations. Comfortable mattress. Would stay again and I do recommend it.

Lack of stoppers in kitchen and bathroom sinks. Some of the surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom need a deeper clean. But these were minor faults.

Useful self-catering flat which served its purpose, with an amazing restaurant attached with very entertaining service! Being in the centre of town not much for the dogs though there was a good stretch of grass around the corner.

Near the centre of Parma so trying to park outside and offload a bit of a problem. Found a secure underground parking lot not far away.

Room was spacious, quite comfortable and clean. The location was great. The restaurant was a bit pricey but food was delicious and staff were really helpful and friendly.

Although there's a lift to the upper floors, the room was a bit inaccessable with a pushchair as there are some steps on the way. They also do not provide any dairy free options for breakfast.

Great location near the cathedral, baptistery etc. staff was friendly and helpful. Room was secure and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was served in our room and was above expectations. The restaurant is exceptional. Food is well prepared and thoughtful presentation makes it a fun experience. Staff is friendly and professional. The chef came to every table for a brief moment. We enjoyed the 5 course tasting menu. There were several a la carte items we wanted to try too. We’ll gladly go back Do yourself a favor and eat here.

Everything was fine. Quiet and spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, small but functional kitchenette. Helpful staff willing to help with everything you need. Excellent location near the historical center and main Parma attractions. In short, highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing.

My husband and I enjoyed the two night staying in this hotel. The room was cleaned everyday, and the sheets and towels were changed everyday. Location is perfect. The room/suite has space enough for two people. It is very quiet and the staff is very helpful.

It depends of what a person is looking for. For our staying and the price we paid it was perfect.

Large double room with kitchenette and bedroom. Great location for walking to the city center and close to many restaurants. Parking was down the street about 10 minutes or so walking. You pay via coin/card (mine didn't work) for 12 Euro/day. Breakfast is a fixed meal brought to your room at your requested time.

Room furnishings were a little dated. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved.

Cosy, modern apartment. Comfy bed. breakfast was good and delivered to the room on a tray at your selected time which was pleasantly quirky. about a 20 minute walk from the train station and 10-15 minute walk to the centre so quite nicely situated. staff helpful and friendly.

The bedroom and bathroom were great, the kitchen and lounge were ok but not so cosy.

As there was a mention of Michelin level restaurant I expected more of breakfast… sweet croissant, youghurt, banana, bottled juice and corn flakes as well as one capsule of coffee did not reach the level. Anyway the breakfast was just on time when ordered.
