The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety and the staff made sure everything was stocked. Parking was good.

The walls can be a bit thin, we heard a couple of other guests in the hallway in the morning, but it wasn't anything crazy and it was time for breakfast so it was understandable that there was some extra noise.

The room was a good size for our family of 4. We just needed to sleep and get ready the next morning. Beds were comfortable. TV, desk, coffee maker, microwave and mini Fridge it's always a plus for us. Parking was a big plus elevator takes takes u straight were you need to. And lastly needing your key to use elevator made me feel safe.

The receptionist to start. He forced himself to be courteous. He had a completely different demeanor with the customer before us. But besides that, I think my main thing was the steps from. Upstair, but I was able to ignore most of time.

just one elevator, so sometimes long wait times neighbourhood does not feel very safe entrance is from the parking area, though we can exit from the front. shower pressure was very low in my bothroom.

The hotel was very clean and quiet despite of the construction in the lobby. The swimming pool was closed during our stay but we knew that prior to our arrival so it wasn’t a big deal to us. There’s not much around the area but it is easily accessible to nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It was very close to universal Studios about 15 minute drive. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The staff were very pleasant and provide a nice breakfast. We parked at the hotel but didn’t know it will cost us 15$ before tax.

The bed were very comfy but kind of felt a Little on the small size, it might be just me being very tall.

Very clean accommodating, SECURITY is Amazing I went across the way to get a soda from the vending machine not even 2 minutes and I had latched the door so I wouldn't have to use my key card to get back into my room and security immediately called the room and said our door was open I really liked that.I can't forget the breakfast amazing.

Good stay, clean and secured with 24hrs security on lobby. Good breakfast. Had good experience on day 1 where staff helped to give hot milk for coffee. Responsive front office desk staff and manager.

Location - though it's 350m to north Hollywood subway station, not comfortable to walk with family. This is beyond hotels control.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the security guard and the receptionist. Also, great room and facility.

The microwave has caused short circuit. Not enough parking if you come late at night.

The hotel feels newly renovated, very clean and well-maintained in all areas. Everything worked perfectly and the overall comfort was excellent.

Breakfast was okay, but nothing special — just standard Hampton Inn quality.
