My original flight back to Cincinnati was cancelled due to the weather and the availability of a room was sheer luck! The staff, having to deal with an influx of emergency bookings, was AMAZING! I arrived at the hotel around 8am, having no sleep for over 24hrs and, even though check in doesn't begin until 3pm, the staff worked diligently to get my room available within 2hrs so that I could finally get some rest.

There was really nothing I did not like. The hotel was very clean, the restaurant had a great breakfast buffet, and my room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious.

Great room, clean, spacious and very comfortable. I had a meal at the bar and that was good. I did not have breakfast.

The pool was shut for maintenance.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were beyond helpful and kind. We had a waitress by the name Wanda. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We had been evacuated from Sarasota Florida because of the hurricane. So we really appreciated all the kindness from the staff.

The front desk was not as compassionate with our situation. We ended up having to extend our stay 3 times. Each time they were raising the rate of the stay. We really had no other choice but to stay and pay the higher rates. We ate every meal at the hotel. Became very expensive.

Although the room was small, it was well decorated and had a good layout of the room. It had enough room for 2 people. I liked the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and it had good water pressure. Comfy bed, quiet room and tasty food at the restaurant. Friendly staff at check in.

The prices at the restaurant were high and the breakfast Buffett was $26 and that's too much for us as we are not big breakfast eaters. Also my hamburger was good but it looked like someone took a bite out of the pickle that came on the side- not cool.

Great location after a 20hr international flight. Bed was heavenly. Buffet breakfast also great next morning. Shuttle to/ from airport is from domestic airport. Shuttle also great to help get to car rental area. (Short trip on the metro rail at domestic airport)

The location was perfect for overnight stay waiting on our next flight. Food at the hotel bar was wonderful! Friendly staff all around!

The price for the room was very expensive for this level hotel. The proximity to the airport was our biggest concern but there were several other hotels that had much lower rates for similar lodging.

The bed at the WEstin is always comfortable, but they also offered a new vial of lavender roll-on serum to help relax. That was a nice touch.

I was really pissed that the restaurant is called a southern restaurant when it is just average American fare. i ended up getting a burger, but would really have loved a taste of the south. They should rename the restaurant to something that better represents the type of food they serve.

Parking was excellent for my motorcycle

I was assigned a handicap room, though I didn't request one. The power went out, and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. I have a CPAP machine that was out of service during the power outage.

Great hotel and the room was comfortable and clean The staff were also really friendly

The free airport taxi shuttle only goes to the domestic terminal and then you have to catch the train to international terminal which is not ideal when you have lots of luggage so we opted for an Uber instead.

We liked the location of the Westin. Although the hotel is very close to the airport, it was silent and we were not bothered by the airport traffic at all. The room was very comfortable for a short two night stay.

We didn't like there was an EV charging station on the property but guests were not allowed to use it. We had to go searching for charging stations even though they had one there.
