Very clean, safe, close to the Long Beach, Bars, Restaurants, Downtown, grocery store ( Vonx?), on Ocean Boulevard, close to the convention center/Theater, and staff is amazing ( although all males). Beds were very comfortable, AIR CONDITIONNING system was awesome :)

Bathroom was a bit tiny. Some sketchy people around ( occasionally). Almost like a "Motel" type of accommodation. It doesn't give a feel of a "Hotel".

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The area seemed safe. It’s a nice 15 minute walk to the marina, where I rented an Ebike to ride along the beach path. There is a great restaurant next door called the Breakfast Bar. I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Parking is limited, and the spaces are tight. As stated in other reviews, a large vehicle might have trouble, depending how others have parked in their space. I had a mini suv and did just fine, but I’ll rent something smaller next time if I know I’m staying here. If the spaces are full, I believe they have arranged for using the parking garage across the street for a cost.

Great location within walking to Shoreline Village restaurants, shopping, bike rental to ride along beach, sunset views by harbor and Queen Mary, etc... Very friendly and helpful staff Clean, with comfy beds, mini fridge, microwave Highly recommend renting bikes and riding along the shore

Noise from 4th of July continued well after it should have, but not much could be done about that. Definitely a small parking lot as others have mentioned, but we had a parking space for both nights of our stay Yes, you could walk to the beach, but not with all your beach gear if you are going to be there for a few hours. Plan on driving or other transportation.

Loved the location, the room, the cleanliness, the professional, friendly, & helpful guest services. Loved everything about our stay here as a family.

The only negative would be not having enough parking. Our last night there was no parking available. We drove around on the nearby streets looking for parking and couldn't find any. We finally asked front desk and he told us about alternative parking costing $25 for parking at another hotel 4 blocks away. Being handicapped, it was difficult for that situation walking back the 4 blocks to the room.

The room was ‘cozily’ spacious and nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and recent upgrades; all while giving a nod to the original features. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom! We stayed only one night as we were traveling, but we would return to stay longer. The receptionist was helpful - both on the phone and upon our arrival - and welcomed us as friends upon check-in. The location was good with several eateries nearby. Access to the airport and cruise terminal was easy by cab.

No issues. I suggest updating the exterior photos on Booking.com as the property has been recently painted and looks more attractive than the original pictures I viewed.

This Property Has Very Limited Parking. It’s Really Bad to say the least. The Owners Live On Site and Take Two Spaces. The Staff take another. There is also Some Strange happenings with other Non Guests Parking in spaces. The Front desk can make a call and someone from off site will come and move their vehicle. I Seen it happen two times. ( Once for me ) They will instruct you to park in the alley behind building. Then all night long it’s Party Central between the Dumpster Diving, Bums, and Party Dwellers. Or they will offer for You to Pay them $25.00 and you can park in a near by Hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel four times now. It is close to attractions, food/coffee so great for our visiting needs. Parking is first come first serve but free. Had some trouble parking one of the nights due to having two children in tow and tight spots mixed with others bad parking. Hotel representative came out and supported us. Area is in a decent neighborhood no complaints. There was light construction but not bothersome. We stayed a total of 3 nights 2/3 nights relatively great. The last night the upstairs neighbors sounded like they were moving furniture and wrestling each other, not the hotel's fault but I believe the concern was addressed. Overall great service from anyone we encountered which makes for a very pleasant stay.

Very, very, very clean

Great location, easy access to the main parts of Long Beach. Room was good and clean, had a second room attached, which was great for my son and his girlfriend staying with us.

Felt like there was a lot of "nickel and diming", didn't like the extra $10 per person per night charge, I've never had a hotel do that before. Even with the extra charge, we did not get any extra amenities (i.e. toilet paper and towels) to support the extra people in our room; had to ask for them, and they still didn't bring enough to get us through our stay. The early check-in fee was extreme, so we decided to do a late check-in, which was an inconvenience, although minor. The nightly rate seemed to be elevated from what I would've expected, but we were there for a music festival and there was a large convention taking place, so paying higher prices during those times is common.

The room was very clean and neat. The front desk staff was very prompt to greet us and make sure we had actual business there. He was very helpful and kind.

The windows are pretty old and made me slightly uncomfortable because of the high traffic of transients in the area. I wasn’t sure if they could get in from the alleyway behind our room. Kinda creepy. The second bed is in a separate room divided by a partial wall and that room had its own window that you couldn’t see out of.
