The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful in all ways. Although the hotel is older than some, all areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was typical, again very clean in the breakfast room. The location is great for walking to the beaches and it's right next to the grocery store...but there's only a small mini bar in the room.

Advertising a shuttle to the airport is a little deceptive... There's no shuttle. BUT...the staff were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to the bus to the airport. A 5 minute walk from the hotel to the bus stop. €6.00 for the 1 & 1/2 hr journey. So you get to see more of the beautiful area. Or, they will arrange a taxi for €100. It's not a big issue. The fridge is quite small.

Location is excellent - short walk to 2 excellent beaches, several good restaurants close by, a selection of shops literally across the road. Staff super efficient, friendly and professional. Great value compared with others in the area. Buffet breakfast offers fab selection, well presented- views of sea and mountains from large picture windows.

No pool but with the sea so close, it didn’t really matter.

Wonderful location for a great price! Staff were very friendly. Location was quiet and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. Free parking on the property was great for our rental car. Although we didn’t utilize it there were bike rental options which was very nice.

Cleanliness of restroom was not the best. But would still definitely return.

Great location best thing was the staff all very helpful always smiling could not do enough for you great customer service. Breakfast area was clean with a good selection coffee very nice and Sylvia and her colleague were excellent nice atmosphere throughout

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was the most amazing stay. The hotel is in the PERFECT location we never took longer then 15 minutes to get anywhere. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal. There were two lovely ladies Sylvia and Daniella who were so sweet. Sometimes my husband and I would wake up late thinking we couldn’t get breakfast and they would tell us to eat and not be rushed. Pietro the gentlemen that worked the front desk was so helpful with everything. The room was cleaned every day perfectly, fresh towels the works. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The rooms are so characteristic they’re beautiful. The hotel is right next to a market literally walking distance my husband and I would get the best paninos there to take to the beach. Also the most popular clubs are right next door ritual and phi beach. All in all a 10/10. Already trying to plan the next time we can come and will definitely be staying at Hotel Tre

The service was great, the receptionist was very kind and very supportive when we asked for some other service. It is very close to a nice beach.

The shower temperature was unstable; the room was dark even when the lights were on; the air condition temperature can not be adjusted.

Excellent breakfast, wobderful staff ,place is cery comfortable and good for people who traveling with car . For sure i will be coming back

Honestly this hotel deserves much better reviews, the location is perfect, the view from the terracess in front of the rooms on Costa Smeralda is amazing, we really enjoyed it

Breakfast good with reasonable options. It was close enough to the beach, ~8 minute walking, and a lot of restaurants near by
