Nice hotel on the outskirts of Poitiers, easy to park (outdoors). Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The rooms are fine for this type of hotel, not large but acceptable. There are some restaurants and supermarket nearby.

WiFi in the rooms was very patchy, it almost never worked. There are aircon units on the wall and remotes but they don't seem to work. To be fair, I think the hotel was not advertising aircon as a facility anyway, at least not for the room we booked. Not a problem as we could sleep with the window opened.

Room was comfortable and quiet . Overall our stay was satisfactory . The staff were very pleasant & welcoming . Didn't have breakfast , but had dinner which was very good along with the housewine .

Wifi signal was poor in the bedroom . The bathroom could do with better ventilation because there was mould on the ceiling in the corner above the shower.

I have stayed there some 6 years before, staff were very friendly then, as they are now. The hotel is older, but very comfortable and cosy, which, from previous experience, is why we chose it. Super evening meal, excellent breakfast, great service.

The area it is situated in is a bit run down and it's not easy to find.

Friendly staff, spoke English better than I could speak my smattering of French! Room a nice size with comfy bed. Good value for money and good free parking right outside. Although on edge of small Industrial style area there was a decent Chinese buffet restaurant a chicken takeaway and a small supermarket within walking distance.

No tea or coffee making facility in room but you can get these from the bar restaurant

Staff very helpful and pleasant, good ambassadors for the hotel. Room and bed are good for what you are paying.. Very good breakfast spread, selection of meats, cheese's, yogurts and eggs to boil if you want. Had a nice evening meal (not available every day).

Lack of thermostatic shower controls. Shower small in area, very easy to turn shower off when turning around.

Very friendly and efficient ladies at reception. Grateful they could accommodate us (2 families plus dogs) at last minute due to being badly let down by the previous hotel we had booked. Dated accomodation but extremely clean. Comfortable beds and good breakfast

if you can see your way past the terrible brown paint, this place is very good. The room was comfy, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast exceptionally good for a budget hotel. For a traveller’s one-night stay, the hotel is extremely well-placed on the edge of town. A couple of minutes’ walk away is a very good all-you-can-eat Chineses buffet, and there is a large supermarket with cheap petrol close by. I would definitely use this place again.

The decor is tired, but don’t let that put you off.

The receptionist was very kind. I had a disabled friend with me but I hadn't booked a disabled room. We should have been on the 1st floor She noticed that my friend was using a walking stick and explained that the stairs were quite steep and she thought that my friend would have difficulty with them. She changed our rooms for the disabled rooms and put us next to each other. It was a very pleasant stay

The hotel needs updating but no less comfortable for this. We were on the ground floor. Comfortable room, very clean facilities. The en suite was small but very clean. Shower water was hot with good pressure. Breakfast was good with a wide variety for Continental Breakfast. The hotel team were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is on the A2 route into the town centre (€2 round trip).

The shower head was insecure.

Accommodation excellent. The food is wonderful. Friendly staff

Restaurant closed on Sunday but understood why. Food is so good we were looking forward to our dinner all day.
