Leeden hotel is centrally located with great access to the Metro from the airport and metro connectivity across the city. Leeden Hotel is within walking distance of the Pearl river and numerous museums, malls, restaurants and convenience stores. The view of Ghungzou at night is very impressive with the modern buildings illuminated. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained including nice complimentary drinks and snacks. Hotel staff are multi lingual and very helpful with local advice. Sporting facilities at the Leeden Hotel are excellent quality including a very well equipped pool, change room, showers and gym including free weights, machines, Pilates studio and aerobics studio and personal training. The gym is also open to the paying public which explains the quality. Breakfast is good with a wide choice of Chinese and Western style dishes.

Coffee at breakfast was not great but you have to appreciate that not that many people are wanting coffee in China.

Great location with numerous restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a bit cold for us but we got extra blankets after asking. The breakfast variety is really good. We enjoyed our stay and a big bonus was the free laundry. Also they provided free soft drinks and water everyday in the rooms.

The cleaning crew could use a bit of training as the „room cleaning“ left a lot to be desired and it is very surprising that the reception staff at such a good hotel cannot communicate in English. That was a bit of a challenge but we used the translator and that worked. We needed to change 50 dollars on our last day for the ride to the airport and the staff informed us they only change hundreds. That was disappointing since we ended up with way too much CNY on our last day.

The hotel is located within the city and within short driving distance to Canton Tower and Pearl River Cruise, traffic dependent of-course. Many options to dine out available within meters from the hotel. Spacious room and nice big bathroom. City view from high-rise floor is amazing. Buffet breakfast is excellent with variety of options to choose from.

Only comment is about the air-conditioning in the room was not very effective for us and it was warm inside the room with the indoor room temperature control function being not working well for our comfort.

The hotel is extremely well located near Guangzhou's CBD, Zhujiang New Town, and the metro station. However, as a foreigner, be cautious when using Apple Maps—it directed me to the wrong location. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was helpful. A standout feature is the fitness centre, which appears to be external but is accessible to hotel guests—it’s top-notch and even better than most Fitness First gyms in Sydney. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a great mix of Chinese and Western options.

Everything was great!

Location was excellent, malls and many eateries around the hotel Rooms were clean and suite was big. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good different menu each day. Easy to get cabs to move around and most tourist attractions were less than 10 mins away from hotel by car/cab. Housekeeping excellent they replenish every item including bedroom slippers each day.

Hope 2 normal pillows are provided instead of 1 as the other was a decorative pillow. Wish they had bidet in the toilet.

Excellent location to go out in the evening and explore the city. Good breakfast and convenient bus to the canton fair.

The staff’s attitude is not the best. After many travels and experiencing different hotels, i need to say that I experienced much more hospitality elsewhere. Breakfast. is more or less the same every morning. The mattress in the room could be replaced soon, because the springs can be felt when laying down.

The staff were really helpful. The place whilst it is a bit dated is really comfortable. It had a free laundry which was so helpful after we have been travelling for a few weeks. Staff were great even though they can’t really speak English we just used a translator, my hubby left his phone in a DiDi and they sorted it out and got it back for him. They also went to the post office and sent a postcard for my son, how good is that!

The rooms are a bit dated but it wasn’t a problem.

The room was sufficient and comfortable, though the cleaning level was a bit below my expectations/standards. Location was good and convenient. Breakfast was great with many items changing on a daily basis

As mentioned above the cleanliness was not great. The F&B not up to international levels, with very limited choice. The bar facility was also very limited. Hospitality though, exceptional. friendly and helpful staff.

The location is great! Very conveninet walking distance to the metro, walikng area, river, shops, bars and just one metro stop from tha Canton Tower. The staff at the reception speaks litte English, but enough to help you to get the taxi The food at the reastaurant was good The room has all necessary things: boiling kettle, free snacks and drinks, slippers, bathrobe, etc. The bed is really comfortable

Last day when I came back to my room I found my socks on the table near the food and my cosmetics! Photo attached. The cleaning lady put it there due to some obscure reasons. I'm really shocked! How could I rely on their cleaning if they apparently have no idea of the hygiene rules! Hope she didn't use my teeth brush to clean the toilet... There was no wine by glass in a restaurant and no red wine by glass at the bar! On the first day it was noisy during the day time - there were some repairs and drilling sound. Couldn't have a reast after the flight.

Room was nice and large. We had asked for a room with a bath (not just a shower) so we had to change rooms but this was not a problem. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel location is excellent, close to IFC, K11, Canton Tower, etc

The pool and spa - these were supposed to be on floors 5 and 6. But these floors were not accessible. Maybe they were closed due to New Year? Pity as we would have liked to use the pool. There is no luggage room. We left 5 items of luggage between stays (4 days away) and the luggage just sits in the foyer. I think a 4-store hotel should have a secure luggage room. TV program selection is very poor.
