Many of the city’s major attractions are within easy walking distance, which made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The only thing was the view from my room because there were huge works but it obviously does not depend on the hotel. However the reception manager has immediately proposed us to change for the other side, very efficient team, thank you once again

Came 45 minutes before breakfast ends and didn't have much of a variety, especially when I am on a gluten-free diet.

I am dairy and gluten intolerant and they could not do enough to accommodate me. I had a friend meeting me there for tea on her birthday and they very kindly made a plate with cake and happy birthday and all sang to her. I loved my stay as the staff were so helpful

Staff was immediately attentive. From Krana, Daniella, and Yosef all my needs were taken care of. They are Excellent. I went into the Dining Room and Emily took really care of us and made as feel at home. I went into the Bar and Sanda was readily available to provide Amazing And prompt service. I will be definitely coming back next year Thank you everyone you’ve all been FANTASTIC!!

Loved everything

The breakfast was varied with good quality products. We preferred this location for our vacation due to the high standard of services, the special interior space/design and the short distance from the Old Citadel. Thank you!

One of the best hotels in Israel if not the best one

Breakfast could me better - was still good, but did have better. However, worth mentioning it was Saturday and the hotel is religious so may be better on normal days

It was super clean, very well maintained. The pool was great and my son really enjoyed it. Great breakfast! Also, the location was awesome- less than 2m walk to the Mamila. We’ll come back :)
