The beds were comfortable and clean, there were plenty of plug ins to charge our devices. We only had two complaints about our stay and they were minor. The first was out of their control as the neighboring hotel had a light that constantly flickered and was pointed at our window. The other was the shower. Our friends had the same complaint, which is the showers. There is a small leak at the bottom of the glass divider in the shower. Overall, the complaints were so minor it did not detract from our stay. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. My only regret is that we did not stay long enough to use the rest of the facilities.

Our room was not cleaned the first night, but our towels were replaced. We returned after a long day for the 2nd night, and were SHOCKED to find our room was not cleaned again, and we didn't have any clean towels to use. I immediately went to the front desk to complain and pick up my own towels.

Because I went through booking.com a third party booking I was held up for over an hour upon arrival. The hotel stated my payment was declined by booking.com. Booking.com said the hotel already received the payment. I had prepaid a month before the stay. It all got figured out, but it was a PROCESS— the staff and hotel were wonderful!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything was handled efficiently.

The location was a little questionable and seemed run down. The breakfast was limited to cheese omlets, which were cold, a meat patty and the usual pancake griddle. Pastries were tiny and tea was tastless.

Breakfast was great. Someone had checked in 2 nights before us and so the room we needed was not available for my mother who is on a walker. But was shown another room with walk in shower, so we took it and I appreciate the accommodation. Thank you

Place was new and clean. Breakfast was fabulous.

Pet friendly but no designated area for dog relief, no bags or trash bin for Pet waste. 30lb Pet limit. Thankfully ours met the bill but I don't know what we would have done if they were over 30th lbs. Don't remember seeing the limit or $25 per Pet fee

the only thing that I didn’t like, was that the employees took smoke breaks right in front of the entrance. I have severe asthma and walking into that cause my asthma to flair. but other than that everything was awesome!

Kumar front desk person received as at night around 11:50 p.m. and was very informative patient and put us in a great room. He even did breakfast the next morning.

didn't tell us that it would cost $25 to add our cat in a carrier to the room. they also had chicken pieces instead of bacon or sausage. maybe a Oklahoma thing

Was easy to get to from the highway. Room was nice, beds comfortable. Bathroom was huge and the shower was the nicest I’ve ever seen/used at this price point.
