Awesome one-bedroom flat. Very clean! Spacious. Large balcony. Quality furniture and furnishings. Nice staff - quick check-in and check-out! Sooooo much better than an Airbnb or similar. The location was awesome for exploring stuff both in the city as well as outside, as you’re nicely connected but away from it all, near excellent nature sites. Highly recommend.

Breakfast is a bit basic, with a lot of the food quite cold and old. Kitchen staff could check on the items more often, including also the utensils and displays as those were often dirty. WiFi signal was weak in our flat.

The hotel is big, and the rooms are spacious - the photos shown are the same as the room we got. The bathroom was great, considering we had concerns about the shower's format (not fully closed); the floor was dry within a few hours, and there was no mold whatsoever. The location is awesome as well: 1. In the same building, there is a subway right to the Helsinki city center. We used that all the time to reach the city 2. 5 mins from the hotel, there is a mall with a bunch of restaurants and shops 3. We were staying with the dog and it was great to have a park in 1 min walk

For the context, we stayed in this hotel for a week. If it were less, then probably it would be no issues. To improve: 1. Pet fee is way too high. 15 EUR per night = same as we paid for the car parking at the hotel. Given that we stayed for the week + we haven't used additional cleaning + we left everything as it was when we checked in, I don't get this economics. For the hotel it's a great earning for sure. For me as a person who paid nearly 100EUR for a week with the dog, is too much. 2. Breakfast variety. Staying for a few days/nights, yes. But across all the days, it was all the same and we got way too bored of the same food. Some sides/format of eggs cooking might improve it significantly.

The location of my studio room was remote and quiet, which supported my needs. I loved the view from the balcony and the mini resting chair. I was also impressed by all the supplies in the bathroom and kitchen area, really well equipped. Thank you.

Breakfast was generally very good - I was put off by some not so fresh fruit, but other than that it was good. Nice variety of food and drink for different tastes. The free wifi wasn't so great, I had a lot of Internet connection problems which impacted my productivity and reason for staying at the hotel so this makes me hesitant to stay here again. It would be great to have a (paid?) option of a more secure and stronger connection, using a cable or other access.

The hotel offers great value for money. The location is very convenient, close to the Omena shopping mall and metro. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was of good quality.

Despite being a loyal customer and this being my fifth stay, I was disappointed that I wasn’t offered free parking. On a previous stay, I was given free parking even though I had booked through Booking.com, but this time the receptionist said it was only available for bookings made directly through the hotel. This inconsistency felt unfair.

Hotel Matts is at a good location right next to Iso Omena. The hotel was nice, modern, and clean, though our room was a bit dusty on some surfaces. Big plus was the bench under the tv. Bed was ok but not the best. Staff were nice and helpful overall. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast - would eat there again even if not spending the night. Gym availability a big plus. Best thing was the total lack of sound from other rooms or outside, so really good sound proofing. 9/10 stars overall, great price to quality ratio, will visit again if in the area!

An excellent location, Espoo is a satellite city to Helsinki: there is a subway entrance in the hotel building. From the subway station there is a passage to a large shopping center with a multitude of stores located a few dozen meters away. Next to the swimming pool (now under renovation) and fitness center. Distance from Espoo to the center of Helsinki - about 30 minutes by metro (but this is not a problem). The other end of the metro is Stenvik, with beautiful areas for relaxing by the water. Hotel very clean. We chose the option with kitchen and two bedrooms - full comfort. Staff laconic but helpful. There was no problem ordering a taxi for 4:30 in the morning.

Breakfasts were not to our liking. In our opinion, the quality of the products was average. Since we had a kitchen, we used the breakfast only once, on Sunday. It was unfortunately very crowded and bustling.

Fantastic location, the entrance to metro is literally next to the reception. Massive shopping centre associated with the building. The room or more like apartment is better than I expected. If you want to live like the average Finn lives you book the 3 bedroom apartment with its own sauna. The whole unit is fitted like a normal home with fully functional kitchen, traditional sauna, washer and dryer. I could easily live in this unit with my family. Fantastic buffet breakfast as well. Easy access, secure and large luggage storage.

I wish I knew breakfast was included! It was not mentioned at check in and we didn't realise until the last morning.

Good hotel with big variety of rooms to choose from, decent prices, very good location - close to metro station and to a big shopping mall.

We came with a group of 28 people. We arrived before the check-in time and the good thing was that hotel had all rooms except one ready for early check-in. The problem was that our room was the one which was not ready and hotel did not try to accelerate the room preparation. Usually that's not a problem, but in this case we were travelling for the 2nd day without any sleep and having to with 5 more hours for a chance to lay down was very frustrating.

I found the location of the hotel really good, as it is next to the metro station and the shopping center. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and clean overall. I think it is a very good hotel.

The only detail I didn't like so much, was the fact that I found some dirt and a lot of dust under the bed. You could improve in the cleaning under the beds. Besides that everything was really good.

Perfect for families with little children. Breakfast buffet offers pretty much everything. Plenty of highchairs available. Big shopping mall and Bus/metrostatopn complex with various restaurants next door.

Sometimes the tables during breakfast time could be better and rasterointi prepared for the next party, but not a big deal.
